Anna was wonderful today helping me out to sort out an issue with my order. Customer service chat is very easy to use. No waiting time whatsoever and in a few minutes all of my questions were answered. Fast and very efficient
Non existent customer service and NO products received
I placed an order two weeks ago. I received a receipt for my order. I have not received the products, despite the 3 working days delivery. I have sent numerous emails and have stayed on their “online chat” customer service for over half an hour at queue number 1 to no avail. There are far better companies to order products from. I am now contacting my bank to retrieve a refund.

Package never arrived, customer service were rude and then ignored any further communication... for months! You'd hope people would show a bit more understanding considering the price of the products

I placed my order on 7th August. It appeared that one of the items had to be back ordered. It is quite frustrating that there is no note on the web-site to indicate that the product is 'out of stock'. So you will only see that items are not available after placing the order, in the confirmation email. This misleads customers, assuming the order will arrive within 2-3 working days. But it never does.
For 4 weeks I have not had any further communication about my order. But reading through a number of reviews here I saw that Live Chat options seems to work really well. I have just contacted the company and in 3 minutes Anna checked and explained to me what is going on. Great customer service from Anna, poor service from Customer service email team.

Very disappointed experience with Alyaka as they sell expired products, incorrect product, missed products. Despite continuous follow up with their customer services, no feedback and no replacement neither.
I don’t recommend to buy from Alyaka due to their mis- organized delivery system and professionalism as a multi brand platform selling expired product!

Alyaka didn't send all my free gift items and when I sent emails to check if missed accidentally, I didn't get a reply, so not a great experience. Would not use Alyaka again, there are much better beauty sites out there!
no customer service / customs were imposed on my order because of incorrectly completed shipping information
shipping information was not correctly completed (the invoice amount was not correctly filled in,shipping was indicated separately not as part of the invoice), which led the swiss customs to put 26 francs on the value of the package although my order value was below the 65 francs ceiling. i contacted alyaka a week ago and has not received any reply/any solution to a financial issue that was created by the sender's mistake. i am very disappointed as i had ordered from alyaka before without any issues. after this, i will most probably stick to other websites offering the same products with the same/similar price with proper customer service.

No items and bad customer service
Placed an order on 14 June and I have still not received anything. My emails to customer support get ignored and I have had no information on when I will receive my items. I'll now have to try to get a refund through my card company. Save your time and money and don't use this company!
Warning - No stock, no response, no refund
There’s no warning on website that items aren’t stocked; but they’re still taking transactions.
After placing the order you’ll receive an email confirming items are on back order; indefinitely. When contacting them for reassurance or a refund, there’s no response or refund.
Reported them to Trading Standards and asking my payment provider to help retrieve my money.
Best avoid the stress and anxiety.

I ordered numbers of times from Alyaka, each time with no issues. This is until September last year. I ordered and paid for foundation which was on a back order. Almost year later it is still not delivered or refunded. I have emailed Alyaka number of times with no response what so ever. Real shame ...

Disgusting customer service, who absolutely do not do their job. Order #1000050832 placed on 14.06, still not dispatched. Support is ignoring all my emails. If there are no products which I ordered, just make a refund. Why such a terrible attitude to the customers? And this is not the first time.
