With a number of challenges throughout the process associated with the tenants in the house and other issues that came up, Gavyn exhibited his experience by expertly guiding both parties towards an ultimately successful outcome.

Well done Gavyn and team. We just sold our house through the Palmers Green team during a bad market. We had had a sale fall through with another estate agent and had already offered on our next place so found ourselves in a very tough position of having to possibly walk away from the house we really wanted to buy. Gavyn and team got me another offer within three days. We did price the house lower than we’d hoped but with interest rates not moving easily, we knew that if we weren’t very competitive we might be waiting a while and we just wanted to move forward. Gavyn stayed engaged and on top of the deal through to completion and gave honest and sincere feedback. Overall top marks for these agents.

They won't remove me from their mailing list. I receive marketing emails from them despite having clicked 'unsubscribe' in the emails and contacting them direct asking them to remove me. They just keep sending them and it seems there is no way to get them to take me off the list. They clearly don't care.
