We recently rent a flat from Anthony Pepe Estate Agents,the process was took less than a week from the viewing until we signed a contract.Big thank you to all Anthony Pepe team,especially to Maria Antoniou was did her best with all the applications forms and all the references that needed to be done on such a sort time.Well done!!!

Amazing follow up from Gavyn all along the process despite numerous hurdle on the way.

Anthony Pepe estate agents have been excellent at marketing a rental property, very efficiently getting viewings and assisting both tenants and landlords appropriately.
They have been very professional and transparent in all their activities and extremely courteous to tenants as well as landlords.
They are very competent at managing the property, promptly dealing with any issues that may arise. They have a very friendly and positive relationship with their clients and I would recommend them unreservedly.

Advertising board appeared in my front garden, hammered into the middle of my lawn, for no apparent reason and with no permission.
Called them to have it removed. Staff member spoken to was not interested in resolving the matter, no apology, and was rude when I asked that the board is moved and hole in lawn repaired.
Looking at the reviews this company has, I now see why.

Anthony Pepe it’s one of the worst agency’s I ever work with plus Landlord from building it’s incredible terrible guy

I reported to them million times that it’s licking and. Terrible condensation in house - reason why it’s that because landlord it’s also developer who not make a good job in renovating the building , they did this super cheap and now you have effects!!!!

How do I know this ? I have property investment company where I have top professionals in every sector of property industry and they check this property and they reported to me how terrible landlord make job

One of the funniest part it’s that licking from walls the socket with the light switch was flooded

That cost no energy in bathroom - i have to take shower in darkness for almost 8 weeks until princess landlord finally bring someone to repair damage

Now when I want to my deposit back landlord and agency want to take from my deposit money for damage at house

Damages that been from not my fault but poor quality of house

Terrible worst ever !!!! I will claim this into the right companies !!

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the lack of heating and hot water in our rented property during the winter season. We first reported this issue via email and phone on the 2nd of December, and despite several follow-up calls, the problem was not resolved until the 4th of January, after I mentioned escalating the matter to the council and my local MP.

During this long period of inconvenience, we reached out to your agency, including attempts to contact you via email. Unfortunately, our concerns were met with excuses, and we were informed that the required part for the broken heater had not even been ordered. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is highly concerning, especially considering the impact it had on our family, including our 6-year-old daughter, throughout the Christmas period.

It is disheartening to find that there are other estate agencies, such as WinkWorth, who prioritize the welfare of their tenants. As tenants, we believe that every encounter with an agency is an opportunity to build trust and potentially establish a long-term partnership, whether it be as a tenant or even as a future house buyer.

It is my sincere hope that management within your agency takes this matter seriously and makes the necessary improvements in their approach to tenant care. The well-being and comfort of tenants should always be a priority, especially when issues of this nature arise.

I trust that you will take the appropriate steps to address this matter promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I was supposed to have a viewing at 11am today which was booked a few days ago . I made my way all the way to harringay which was an 1hr and 10 mins journey, my train being cancelled along the way . Only to find out my viewing was cancelled and apparently Lauren was supposed contacted everybody . Clearly this was not the case because I was not contacted in anyway . I’m am beyond frustrated. Do not use their services. The lack of unprofessional is shocking. They have all these good reviews on their website that they probably write themselves. If you want to save your time DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES , THEY ARE FRAUDULENT!

Truly awful and unethical. I had to deal with Jessica Williams on email who was really rude and unprofessional to me, I tried to find a tenancy replacement and they would not accept them. I found 3 suitable tenants who they would not accept on minor technicalities.

They had absolutely no regard for the fact that I was a key NHS worker who couldn't maintain the house share, on top of this Jessica was really rude, blunt and unpleasant over email. She even tried to tell me that I would still have to pay even after my one year contract ended if I could not find a replacement.

Professional scam artists, please avoid them. I feel sorry for anyone who makes the same mistake I did.
