Excellent efficient company. Really helpful and easy to contact.

Great communication and customer service. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, and were flexible with our last minute change request! Great value water dispenser, and looks great - very pleased with our purchase.

Great company to deal with. Friendly, professional and proactive with very competitive prices. Highly recommend. Kiarno deserves a name check!

Steve and Kiarno were really helpful when setting up the installation, all my questions were answered, everything has been great since we signed up

A very professional company
i have never had any trouble in any of my dealings with Aquacool and hope to maintain a relationship with them for a long time

Moved to Aquacool for our business after months of being messed around by Culligan, and wish we did it sooner.
They are easy to get in contact with, and their onsite engineers are friendly and keep you informed every step of the way.
Would recommend.

Brilliant service from this company, from start to finish, very professional and installation was done on time. Their products are an amazing addition to our little work space.

Great people to deal with with outstanding service.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in the sales industry for over 20 years. Reece was very engaging, with great charm and humour. He asked me some great questions as an icebreaker. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Such a refreshing experience (pun completely intended) from this company, who deserve to be doing as well as they are. The ops team couldn’t do enough to help and a special shout out to Steve in their transport department for going the extra mile. Highly recommended to anyone looking to sort your water cooler needs and much much more.

After being let down by Culligan's on numerous occasions over a 3 month period i decided to give Aquacool a chance. Reece was amazing, i rang at 4pm one day and as he promised had the unit the very next morning. Will defiantly be using Aquacool for all future needs.

Best in their field, highly recommend these guys. Professional, fast and priced competitively. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Excellent service. Any issue we had was resolved without any delay

Had a state of the art coffee machine fitted at our facilities. Someone came to do the installation. They made it a very smooth and painless experience. Detailed demo of the product, which works brilliantly. Follow ups to check everything has been OK, they really made us feel like they cared despite being such a large company. Would highly recommend!

We got a coffee machine from this company. We are very happy with it! outstanding five star service too.

Used other companies but AquaCool are the best. Staff very friendly and attentive and the kit is great. Water has never tasted so good - much better than the chemicals coming out my tap !

Amazing service by Aquacool. Very quick and efficient and excellent customer service. Our cooler has regular service checks and water is always delivered on time!

Fantastic service from Reece from start to finish, knowledgeable - and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you!
