Guter Service, nette Menschen, tolle Autos
Sehr geordnet, gutes Fahrzeugsortiment und eine Einweisung für das Land Namibia. Alles in allem ein guter service. Wir hatten ein wirklich kleines Problem mit dem Fahrzeug und sollten dann auch in der nächsten Stadt zu einer Werkstatt fahren, ohne das da lange rumduskutiert worden wäre. Alles in allem also ein guter Service.

Sehr professionell freundlich und hilfreich! Die Fahrzeuge sind wirklich perfekt ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Ich war wirklich überrascht wie gut die Fahrzeuge für die Tour vorbereitet sind.
Ich kann ASCO uneingeschränkt empfehlen !

aanbeveling voor ASCO in Windhoek
Al vele jaren achtereen huren wij een auto bij Asco Car Hire in Windhoek naar alle tevredenheid. De medewerkers zijn deskundig en sympathiek. Hun auto's en ander relevant materiaal zijn altijd op orde. Men weet waarover men praat.
Dit is zeker niet het geval bij andere verhuurders. Wij bevelen ASCO van harte aan voor een reis in het prachtige en gastvrije Namibië.

Schöne Erfahrung trotz Covid-19
Leider konnten wir aufgrund Covid-19 unsere Reise durch Namibia nicht antreten.
Sofort und ohne Komplikationen haben wir von Christine unsere Anzahlung zurückbekommen.
Auch der Kontakt davor war freundlich und sehr professionell.
Herzlichen Dank und wir werden bei unserer nächsten Reise sicher wieder bei euch buchen.

Tolle Autos
Ein tolle gepflegtes Auto mit 2 Ersatzrädern, Kompressor und Ersatztank.
Dachzelte waren in gutem Zustand.
Leider hatten wir bei Regen Wasser im Kofferraum.
Sehr verständliche Einweisung in Auto und Dachzelte.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder buchen

Wir haben nun das zweite mal ein…
Wir haben nun das zweite mal ein geländgängiges Fahrzeu von Asco Car gehabt und waren beide mal sehr Zufrieden. Die Fahrzeuge sind in einem sehr gut gewarteten Zustand und das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Übegabe und Abgabe der Fahrzeuge unkompliziert und seriös!
Also bei unserem nächten Trip in Namibia und Botsana werden wir wieder bei Asco Car mieten!

Toyota Hilux for 3 weeks…
We had a Toyota Hilux with cooling box, no tents for 3 weeks booked with full insurance. It was in top condition. Very good service during handover. All the functions and tools were shown and explainded. Unfortunately I had a flat tire with a destroyed rim as well. No problem at return because of the insurance. Friendly staff.
The speed limit surveillance helps sometimes but can be bothersome especially because the system sometimes does not know that the car is on a tarred road and makes noise at 80 km/h.
Summary: Asco is a good address to hire ..

Prima service. Erg fijne auto.
Zorg wel dat je pinpas op wereld dekking staat om af te rekenen en dat je creditcard de limiet van de borg aankan!
Verder zit er een dieseltank in de Toyota van 2x 80liter. Die ontlucht blijkbaar niet goed als je de tank weer volgooit voordat je hem inleverd. Als zij dan je tank controleren en er weer 6liter bij gooien lijkt het net of jij de boel staat te flessen. Niet accepteren dus die rekening want het is een tanksysteem dat niet goed ontlucht!!

5 stars all the way!
After researching a number of rental agencies I settled with Asco. Their quick professional responses to my inquiry were what made my mind to use them. When I finally arrived to pick up my truck for a 3 week adventure through Namibia I knew I made the right decision. From the pick up at the airport to inspection of the vehicle, everything was far more than I expected. The warm friendly staff made sure every detail was taken care of.
A couple weeks later in a different country and far from their headquarters I had the inevitable issue with the truck. The roads here can give test to even the sturdiest of trucks, and a wire somewhere had come loose rendering the 4 wheel drive inoperable. A phone call later and being directed to the nearest town where I could get the truck serviced I was back in action in no time.
Namibia was the best road trip ever! When I go back Asco will be the only company I will use. 5 star service all the way.
