Dealing with Astroai was superb! They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with the tire inflator. Since the issue was with battery and it was under warranty, AstroAI was able to provide a free replacement. I highly recommend dealing with their customer service!

Faulty fridge
Absolutely amazing company , extremely helpful when I had an issue with a fridge I bought. Communication was outstanding regular speedy emails replaced my item without hesitation. Highly recommend company and goods. Would definitely buy their products again.

I just purchased this item a month ago, it stopped charging and there’s no yellow light. I have contacted customer support I haven’t gotten a reply as of yet. Hopefully they solve the problem.

I purchased AstroAI tire pressure gauge from Amazon about 2 years ago. AstroAI support team was able to identify the issue with it and send me the replacement. There was some issue with shipping, The support team was able to send me new replacement which arrive yesterday.
