I've called all last week , I actually spoke with Jichelle on where's my order along with other inquiries, I've continue to call as well as I've left voice messages. I've a customer of many years and I've never had this experience. Please respond.

I have not received my products yet but I’ll never order from here again. I placed an order on December 5th. Heard nothing for the next 2 weeks. I sent messages on the website, Facebook, instagram and called. I finally spoke with someone on Monday the 23rd to cancel my order and was told they would call me back. The order finally shipped that same day, I’m sure as an attempt to keep me from canceling. Very unfortunate that customer service is lacking.

I have not received my product yet I order the sample kit 3 weeks ago, I only picked this company because it’s advertised that they manufacture within the United States after reading other reviews I see that is not the case I am extremely dissatisfied and I want a refund I could of selected another company. The communication when your starting up is good but when your following up there is no response, I sent emails and now I’m waiting for a call to most likely be told the samples are still being made cause it’s a pre order. Never again you have made my experience stepping into the beauty industry terrible

I always enjoy my products and timely shipping. I feel like I’m closer to getting my cosmetics launched due to testing out some of the final products for my launch.

I love Auraline Beauty! They have high quality, healthy products. I especially love using the plumper on clients while doing thier makeup, 1. Add the plumper and let it sit during the makeup process, it plumps thier lips. 2. Then dab it on a tissue, apply liner and lip product. it works great!! They are also easy to work with, and deliver your products really fast. You will enjoy working with them. Other beauty companies are iffy, Auraline Beauty is fun and high quality. Melissa
