I purchased a Mercedes Vito at Auto…

I purchased a Mercedes Vito at Auto Capital a couple of months ago. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with one of the salesmen - Keith. He explained everything in detail and didn't wait to help getting the tax and the insurance to get me on the road. It was a flawless and quick process. I had a great experience buying the van.
Driving home I noticed a minor noise from the front right side and later on another issue appeared. I called the aftercare department to explain my worries. I spoke with Ali who made an appointment for me the next day with the technician. I had to leave the van to have the problems fixed but I was provided with a replacement van for that time so I was able to carry on working. All, at no extra cost to me. And again, it was a pleasure dealing with Ali, he was very informative and didn't hesitate to help me.
I received excellent service from both the sales and aftercare team and I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I approached Auto Capital after being…

I approached Auto Capital after being let down by main dealer. They had the van I was looking for and Keith was very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. I purchased the van and returned 3 days later to collect. Overall - I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with Auto Capital again. A good experience without any problems.
