We want to clarify the experience for all potential customers reading this:
Test Drive Policy: We understand the importance of a test drive. To ensure we provide every customer with a safe, focused, and dedicated experience, we require a prior appointment for all test drives.
Weekend Staffing: Sundays are our busiest days. While we always welcome walk-in customers, our limited staff must prioritise those who have taken the time to schedule an appointment, as well as managing customers who are already at the dealership and those calling in with inquiries.
The Specific Situation: At the moment you visited, all available sales team members were fully committed to scheduled appointments. We tried our best to explain that due to these prior commitments, we could not safely or fairly accommodate an unscheduled test drive at that time. We truly apologise if this necessary explanation came across as disrespectful—that was absolutely not our intention.
We were happy to offer you an immediate opportunity to book a dedicated test drive during the week, when our schedule is more flexible and we can give you our undivided attention.

Amazing company to deal with
As a fleet manager I’ve bought a few vans over the years , and using auto capital has been the best experience of the lot.
Fast and efficient from the start enquired Friday morning and van delivered to the door Tuesday.

i bought a range rover evoque in december after driving home i discovered a rattle it turned out to be the timing chain although i lost the car for a few weeks auto capital paid for everything and keith was absolutely brilliant he stayed in touch all the way through and even sent me photos to show progress of the work
I waited a while to post this review to make sure the car was ok
glad to say it has been and im over the moon with it and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from these guys 5*
