The products were just as advertised.They worked great and the color match was right on.If I need more touch up paint,this is where I’ll buy them.

I've ordered paint from here previously, no problem. This time I saw there was a delay, so I ordered paint from eBay. I got it within a week. I then ordered a second can and got it before I received the paint from this company. I won't be ordering paint from this company anymore.

Color match for an 18 year old vehicle is spot-on. I've been using ATU for over 15 years. This time I've experience several troublesome issues. First, my spray can sputtered, then blotchy paint came out. This happened at least 5 times during my use. Secondly, the spray nozzle had so much resistance that it became very difficult to complete the job professionally. It almost seemed that the nozzle was bottomed-out at the valve.

I've been using AutomotiveTouchup products for over ten years for my various motorcycle projects and auto touchups. Never a disappointment. If you care about the end result, don't buy the other paint products from the auto parts store, their colors might be close enough, but the quality of the paint is not.
Additionally, follow the instructions provided on how to use their products and don't forget the face mask...they have those too.

I have been buying from them for quite a while. When i got the spray can, I couldn't get 1 drop out of the can. I was expecting a big fight. i called customer service. Yes they actually had a customer service number with a human being who spoke English. She promptly sent me out another can. I had no issues this time. Great company right there.

My delivery was delayed by a hurricane that hit New Orleans, but Automotive Touchup could hardly be blamed for that, although I wonder if they could have sent out a blast email advising customers to expect weather delays. Otherwise, the experience was great and the products received met or exceeded expectations. I will use Automotive Touchup to order paint for my other vehicle.

Took longer than expected to get order but understandable due to hurricane issues. They did a great job keeping me informed on status. Paint was a perfect match.

I have used Automotive Touchup three times. Each time the color was a perfect match. The quantity was sufficient to complete the job.

I give 4 stars for the time that the company take it to send the products. But the product it’s very well very nice everything was good and my car it’s in very better condition now.

Went to local Toyota dealer and parts sold me a touch up paint that did not match and when I bought it back and insisted it was not the paint numbers matched the color was too light. Did nothing for me, your touch up matched to the existing paint thank you

Slow as....

Website says it ships in 3-7 business days plus 4-5 days of UPS shipping.

In reality it too 21 calendar days for my order to ship. Add on 4 more for shipping and it's 25 days, nearly a month. Never again.

Everything is fine except delivery time 2-3 weeks. Delivery = 👎

I ordered the color by code that was listed on my car. It was a bit too dark. I reached out to them numerous times asking what would be the best way to remove it without hurting the existing paint. Have never heard back. I never asked for refund or anything, just help. I also will say the clear coat pen just poured out and went everywhere. Was not impressed with that at all.

I haven't painted a vehicle in many years.., but Oxidation got to my pick-up truck pretty bad. After some body work, Automotive Touchup made it easy. Everything was explained very well how to mix etc ... and what had me worried was the color match, because I wasn't painting the entire truck. It came out perfect!!! Thank you so much.

I ordered paint for a 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. Desert Khaki. 2 ounce bottle with clearcoat. First, their website says they will ship in 3–6 days. I got a “Shipped” email about a week later, but then it took another week for it to actually ship/get in to the USPS system. In total, In total I waited about three weeks for my paint to arrive. And when I got it, it was not even close to the color of my car. The good news is they promptly refunded my money without question.
