the paint was not even close in matching

Easy to order, prompt delivery, order received correctly. Trustworthy company.

I received the package. I just looked at it. It looks correct, but I’ve not been able to use it because it’s too hot outside so I’m not gonna open the container and check the paint color until I’m ready to paint which will be the end of October. I cannot open it now because it might spoil before I use it

I received my order. Great price. Haven’t used it yet as waiting for rain to stop.

I received several spray cans of paint. On the can of Ebony, the spray button was broken off and the paint had escaped into the lid. (It was black on the inside) I have not yet tried to see of the paint port is now clogged or if I can even get the spray button back on preperly.

UPDATE: I was contacted by paintscratch and I learned that when you order a colored paint, the spray button is shipped detached but in the plastic top on purpose, and the paint color is sprayed into the clear lid so you can see the color as well. Seems like a lot, but I will raise my rating because everything else was good.

Paint arrived when promised. Packaging was fine and paint, primer, clearcoat, and softening cream are all in perfect condition.

Great product. If shipping were a little faster it would be perfect.

The spray paint and supplies I ordered from Paint Scratch online arrived on time and the color matched the original paint on my 2012 VW CC sedan! The sand paper and primer helped me smooth out the cracks in the old paint. I have ordered more already and look forward to finishing it with the clear coat. Thank you!

Order was missing item, contacted company it was shipped out that day. Quick response indeed. Used paint on my 2006 yr old car that desperately need touch ups on bumpers front and back plus, looks like it just came off of the show room floor! Great color match you can't even see any difference from where I sprayed. So glad I found your company, thank you so much. The matching of the paint is not as perfect as I would like, but it looks much better than having the scratches on my vehicle.

Ordered 6 paint products from PaintScratch. 3 of them arrived leaking. On top of that, I received the wrong color for one of my orders. I called and left a voicemail, emailed them referencing my order number asking to exchange for the correct color — never got a response. Not a call back, not an email, nothing. I reached out within hours of placing the order and was completely ignored. The product itself may be fine when it works, but when something goes wrong you are on your own. Customer service is non-existent. Would not recommend unless you are 100% sure of your order and willing to accept whatever shows up at your door with zero recourse.
