We have an avtex tv in our motorhome
We have an avtex tv in our motorhome. Recently, it would not hold the stations in the memory. The helpdesk technician was very helpful, despite being out of warranty , he talked me through the process to do a factory reset , and offered to take the set back if that did not work. Quick, poilte and efficient, I was pleasantly surprised.

Great customer service!
Yes Avtex are expensive but they are the best ... I have one in my yacht just using a powered ariel and can get a better picture than any of our friends in the same marina. But apart from that the customer service is super efficient and friendly... I recently smashed the screen on our caravan TV. and after contacting Avtex found that it could be collected, repaired and returned within 5 days for £194. Craig in service department sorted that and also ensured I received a clear invoice / receipt for my insurance company. Great customer service all round!

A business that values customers and…
A business that values customers and has fantastic customer service. Avtex products are not the cheapest on the market but they are excellent quality and built to last. They give a standard 3yr warranty on their products. When my tv failed at almost 5 yrs i spoke to the engineer at possible repair costs. For my model the dearest repair would be £150 and included DPD courier both ways. As i was near Cardiff at the time i took it to them and after 2 hours got a call to say it was ready. The cost ..... £0. The fault was minor but how many companies would charge no matter what the problem was. Craig is a pleasure to deal with. My next caravan TV will be an Avtex. Many tv's at five years old are just scrapped when they fail.
