The process was really easy in terms of booking an appointment and sharing photo's/form filling in advance of the appointment. The appointment itself was on time and efficient, the gentleman that I had my appointment with (Adam) was professional, courteous, pleasant and also patient whilst explaining the various equipment options to me. They also went the extra mile and offered me a visit to their showroom to view the equipment and try it out to see which options might work best for me.

- Arranged a convenient date for an engineer to come to my work site and repair the chair.
- When it couldn't be repaired on-site, they took the chair away and kept me informed with a date the chair would be returned.
- Returned my chair fully repaired like new with the alteration completed.
- Followed up with me afterwards to make sure the chair has been comfortable to use since.

The initial assessment carried out by the technician was very thorough and well conducted. I am very pleased with the quality of the assessment. The technician was courteous, clear, professional, and helpful. It gave me the confidence that everything will be handled properly, setting up a clear plan for the setup.

The setup: Again, the engineer was courteous. He did an excellent job setting up the equipment and took the time to explain how to use the chair and desk settings. His clear guidance and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.

The training was for use of 'read and write'. It was very comprehensive and there was plenty of time given for me to explore the uses and gain confidence. William had a friendly approach, he explained things well and was able to answer my questions.
