Every part of the service was great
Service has been great throughout – with the amount of communications, amount of information communicated. I appreciated the manuals and guidelines. The delivery was smooth, the delivery person (sorry I can’t remember his name) was calm and clear and made sure I understood everything about how to adjust the chair.

I recently had an assessment with Ellie, she was such a lovely person, she listened to my worries and concerns and made feel like a real person and not a number.
She advised the next steps and what she was going to do and took pictures of my current set up

Great staff
Good friendly staff who were able to assist with numerous requests over the phone from rearranging visits to organising new ones. Positive and friendly assessors who came to site to undertake the assessments. Overall very good staff and communication.

Really informative workplace desk assessment. The assessor was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and we have been advised on the most appropriate desk set up for the individual in need. This is a personalised service which should have a tremendous impact on both well-being, and productivity.
