Sometimes five stars aren't enough.

Jordi and the team at BaggagePets did an amazing job for us -- for the second time! Yes, we are happy returning customers.

Both times we used their services for the most challenging pet transport situation possible, which is shipping to New Zealand. We have two cats and a dog, and New Zealand is at the very top of the list in the world for the most strict, demanding, and difficult experiences to undergo when bringing pets. The veterinary pre-checking process and requirements alone is extremely complicated, but Jordi made sure we were exactly on track at every step of the way, even communicating directly with our local Spanish vet and the vet at the lab we needed to use. In the end, the preparation process took *three months* before the New Zealand Import Permit was approved and issued, and only then could the actual transport begin.

Once again, the BaggagePets team were superb. In the end, the total time to transfer from our home in Spain to our new home in New Zealand took another 3 1/2 weeks. During that time we were kept updated at every step, including regular photos and videos of our pets.

After 5 years in Spain we decided to return to Australia- a round trip for our Australian Cattle Dog, Yarri. It is a relatively easy process to bring him to Spain but returning means jumping through many hoops. I looked through my old emails regarding importation and found it was Jordi and BaggagePets who imported him 5 years ago. It's a difficult and stressful process to return a dog to Australia but was all dealt with smoothly by Jordi and BaggagePets. When Quarantine in Australia required extra paperwork Jordi was onto it in minutes, even though I messaged him on a Sunday. Jordi worked closely with my vet, directing and advising them on all the documentation. I can't thank Jordi and his team enough for getting my boy safely home.

Es un proceso relativamente fácil traerlo a España, pero regresar significa pasar por muchos obstáculos. Revisé mis viejos correos electrónicos con respecto a la importación y descubrí que fueron Jordi y BaggagePets quienes lo importaron hace 5 años. Muy contenta con el servicio. Me mantuvieron informada en todo momento. Muy buena comunicación y conocimiento. Estuvieron atentos y me informaron de como se encontraba mi conejo ya que pasó la noche en su centro. Lo trajeron pronto a la mañana siguiente y en buenas condiciones tanto de protección (en el transportin) como de cuidados para el animal. Realmente el precio que pagué mereció muchisimo la pena. Sin duda, volvería a repetir con ellos

DogKing in Barcelona breed and train what they call Dogs for a Better World. These are highly trained therapy and assistance dogs who work with people with a variety of disabilities. I have MS and had been waiting for a suitable dog. We were chosen to have Skywalker an Australian Cobberdog. When I looked at the post Brexit import regulations he was classed as a commercial livestock import. It was a total nightmare with various health forms to be filled in some in Barcelona and some in the UK then there was UK VAT to be charged, vet checks at Heathrow and as we live in Cornwall there was transport from the airport.
DogKing use Baggagepets and once we were in contact with them everything was so much simpler. Jordi was in constant contact (our email chain was 36). With complications of Brexit and Covid we worked together and had a slot then confirmation and Sky flew into Heathrow at 5pm Tuesday evening. I had a call to confirm he had arrived safely and vet checks and VAT were being processed and that he would be with us between 12pm and 1pm on Wednesday. We had a call from the driver to say he was on his way and would arrive around 12pm. He arrived at 11.40am.
Sky is beautiful, he is an Extra large Cobberdog and his travel crate was enormous. He’s in very good condition and he is settling with us well. We are very grateful to Baggagepets for their service. Although they transport many animals it really was a personal service.

We worked with Jordi at Baggage Pets to get our dog from Barcelona to Australia and we couldn't have done it without him. Being such a complicated process to get all the documentation correct, it was invaluable to have him review all the documentation and even come in person to the final vet visit to make sure everything was in order. When Australian quarantine found a small inconsistency in some of the data, Jordi immediately sprung into action and resolved it within hours. He speaks English well and was a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend the services of Baggage Pets, and Jordi in particular.

Fantásticos! Casi un mes mirando para llevar a nuestro Mambo, nuestro Bichon Habanero de Madrid a Londres. Qué stress!.
