Purchase charm for my sons birthday, but looked like it would not be here in time ,so e mailed to ask if could be posted sooner and that happened and he got it for his birthday thanks for your help

Prompt service and brilliant product, the quality is absolutely the best.

Mix up with delivery date which was a problem as it was a birthday present however they resolved same day making a personal delivery by car. Everyone makes mistakes now and again but it’s how you deal with them that counts. Fantastic customer service!

Ordered an engraved bead. Sent off the designs to Bailey and the bead was delivered to me a week later.
Really pleased with the bead and excellent delivery time.

Quality quick response to order great product

Very please with my custom images and text capsule bead. It’s my 5th thing I’ve bought off them.
So much attention to detail and I know it will last forever even with daily wear

Excellent quality chain from Bailey would highly recommend Bailey to anyone looking for quality at a good price.

From placing our order to delivery the service and how polite and accommodating the lady was is testament to them. Thank you

Bought my husband Steve his 1st Bailey for his 50th,now many years and beads later he is still very pleased.Just bought him a 2nd memory bead and had it engraved for the loss of our dog to hold ashes. He has a double one also, great idea for a bead.

The bracelet is absolutely beautiful unique and I love the customisable option I chose bespoke and it truly lived up to expectations I wanted to make sure it would fit my partners wrist and it looks like it will cannot wait to give it to him on his birthday
Thank you !!
