Balgores Property Opiniões

Big thank you to Ross, Claire, Amber, Sean and the team at Balgores, Wickford, and to Sarah in sales progression. You were all so helpful and patient with a ‘slightly’ more challenging than normal sale on my house and on the sale of my Mum’s house. There were times when I thought it was all going to fall through but thanks to your perseverance, experience and professionalism you progressed us to two successful sales in what can best be described as ‘newly changing times’ in the market. In addition to the sales of both houses, you managed to find us our forever home, this wasn’t without its challenges either but with an amazing amount of patience and cooperation from you all, you got this one over the line too! The views from the garden are talked about and admired by everyone who visits and works there, we can’t wait to be in and settled so we too can appreciate them every day. I don’t suppose you’ll have to help accommodate a couple of hundred budgies again any time soon either, so that must’ve made it a unique one and quite surreal at times! Thank you all so much.

Claire and Peter were great in helping getting the minefield of mortgage processes in place. Both very responsive to any questions and email queries. They were quick to get on top of any issues and resolve them quick. Thank you both for your professional expertise and friendly manner

We worked with Abi, Peter & Claire on the purchase of our first home

Abi was so fabulous & showed us around a number of properties - she always made sure to call ahead of a property going live on site and have us booked as one of the first viewings

We worked with Peter and Claire throughout for our Mortgage. We checked in with multiple brokers & comparison sites and Peter provided a rate significantly more competitive than anything we'd seen with other brokers / lenders.

We were first time buyers, Peter & Claire supported throughout the process, always available on email or phone to answer any questions we had - taking us through all the terms of the offer

Highly recommend working with the in house team - you can generally get a response from both broker and agent within an hour and it keeps the sale moving at a good pace

I would like to leave some feedback about Balgores team in Romford 😊. They are profesionals, helped so much for buying first home. Since the first call to arrange a viewing they was fabulous. They felt my lost soul in this process so after a call with Germma I was encouraged, calm and looked after. Everything was explained clearly, help offered, other services (solicitors, insurance) was offered. This is the best team I could get for the first time buying house. I can't express how grateful we are that we meet you all. Thank you!

Paul has was incredibly helpful, explaining options and patient for responses. Not pressurising at all, very good service from him.

The mortgage advisor who helped me through the application process was phenomenon. Her knowledge, expertise and professionalism was second to none. She was extremely helpful and communicated so well throughout the process. She updated me with progress of my application in a timely manner and discussed all my options and recommended products based on my needs.
Cemalie Doganca is an asset to her company. The service I received from her was exceptional! A very personalised service and tailored to my needs.

The team was absolutely fantastic. Peter, Donna, Claire and Ally helped with the whole process and made it a more smooth journey. They always made themselves available if we had any enquiries. As a first time buyer this is the team you would hope for.

Claire and Glenn who are helping me with the mortgage and other work for me have been absolutely fantastic and I strongly recommend to anyone needing help obtaining a suitable mortgage offer to use them, they always keep you updated aswell on how things are progressing and also help to take some stress off you through the whole process, again a pleasure to the industry.

All my paperwork was handled well and communication at every stage of my remortgage process was excellent .Thanks a lot to Michael and Ms Mackensie Waller.

Absolutely amazing service from Peter and Claire, as a first time buyer they have both made the whole process run smoothly going above and beyond what was expected of them, with Peter replying to calls and emails out of his usual working hours and over the weekends always giving peace of mind when needed. Thank you both so much for everything, I don't think I could have done it without you.
Michael.

As a fist time buyer, purchase your first house is not always the easiest. Although I want to say thank you to Claire, Donna and Peter (mortgage advisor that I would absolutely recommend) for their kindness and their help in this successful project. They always been available for anything we need, it was really good service. Probably we wouldn’t have got our first house in just 4 months without them!!

I was both selling and buying and had contact with Balgores team members at Dagenham, Honrchurch and Upminster including Louise, Claire, Donna, Sarah and Peter, the mortgage advisor. They all had input at various stages and made the process go smoothly. Peter was excellent. Thanks to you all.

We could not be more grateful to have been supported by Peter and Claire whilst buying our first property.

They both go above and beyond to ensure you are kept informed and happy with every decision along the way. No question or request was ever too much for them and Pete was amazing at explaining anything we didn’t quite understand and providing us with his professional advice and opinions.

Thank you both for making this such a smooth and enjoyable process!

Balgores Romford were exceptional. Charlie and his team supported me throughout the whole process of selling my house from start to finish. Always professional and prepared to go that extra mile. In fact Charlie the branch manager was even negotiating my sale whilst he was on Holiday
I cant thank them enough and can strongly recommend

Balgores Property Upminster Branch were excellent from start to finish. We were very impressed with how polite, caring and professional Christopher was from the initial valuation, marketing and thereafter. Abbie, Chloe and Ricky kept us well informed about viewings and feedback. Abbie and Chloe also did the viewings. Once the sale was agreed Ellie sent the appropriate paperwork via email and Donna was our Sales Progressor. The whole team worked hard to secure a sale and for this we are extremely grateful. I would recommend Balgores to anyone who wants to sell their property in the Upminster area.

Starr West is a proven property professional. I received a friendly and professional service from the moment Starr answered my initial call. She was so pleasant to speak with and showed commitment and care towards me. I felt I was being treated in very high regard. I also had the pleasure of working with her team Ben and Daniel who are two exceptional agents and like Starr, clearly enjoy doing the best they can for their clients. I felt a genuine happy team vibe which made working with them a joy. I had the best possible experience, and I am so glad I chose to call Balgores Property, Chelmsford. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had an amazing experience with this company. Koy Tate made the moving process easy. Glad i chose Balgores Chelmsford.
