The online purchasing experience is lacking. I could not see an option to review the basket post entering initial details in the purchasing pathway without having to cancel and start again. Secondly, I selected the option to create an account after completing the purchase process and expected to see my order in the order list, but it did not appear. Maybe a timing thing, but thought it would be there given I just purchased it.

The team at Yeppoon Beaumonts are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were having trouble deciding when Jade stepped in and suggested something we had not even considered, it was the perfect choice. We have used Beaumont in the past and will do again.

Disappointed wasn't told the return policy at point of sale,by the time i saw it in the fine print I was a few days late trying to return four unopened boxes,was told to put them on marketplace.

Today we went in to Beaumont Tiles in Brendale and i couldn't have asked for better service than what we got.
i am very picky about my colors we are building a new house and wanted it to be just right, we met with Brandon and he was the best help ever, he went above and beyond to help us out, he made the experience so much easier. So thank you Brandon for your help and patience.

I love the tiles but I was short delivered. I contacted Beaumont twice with no reply. I order just under 15sqm of a $100+ tile and was only delivered just over 13sqm. It’s not a huge amount but it would have been nice to receive a response. But regardless the tile is beautiful.

Their customer service is woeful. When asking them to evaluate some tiles that had worn within a few months of instillation, they refused saying it was not their problem despite having a so called lifetime warranty. They did not respond to any follow up enquires and made no effort to help.

My recent encounter at Beaumont Tiles Geelong was such a pleasure. "T" assisted me with my tile problem with the utmost of care and attention. I was blown away by the store presentation and their knowledge and selection.
So good to shop local and for the assistance of a young and knowledgeable assistant an added bonus!!

Lara & Daniella from Beaumont Tiles, Gregory Hills were so helpful when providing a quote for our bathroom renovation. Lara had a thorough knowledge of the products on offer & contacted the supplier to make sure we could get exactly what we wanted. They went above & beyond to make sure our bathroom will be perfect. Nothing was too much to ask & they were always happy to help. That’s why we keep going back for all of our projects.

We dealt with Donna Treanor, Trade Account Specialist at the Marleston SA store. We had been to numerous other stores without a whole lot of success or interest. Donna was absolutely brilliant!! Her knowledge of the products, professionalism, customer service, attitude and warmth were a breath of fresh air. She made us feel "seen" and understood exactly what we were wanting to achieve in our bathroom. Seriously, if there were 100 stars, I would rate her 100!!!

It was easy to look threw all the styles of bathroom wall tiles on line,so many to choose from I matched my wall colour with a more textured tile instead of the old plain white tiles.

I have been doing business with Beaumont tiles in Warrnambool for a few years and have always received fabulous service from Tom and his team. In late 2024 I did renovations to our property and the service and support from Catherine and Tom was great. Catherine was extremely helpful when it came to picking tiles, basins, flooring etc. Late last year our toilet set broke. I contacted Tom and replacing the seat was effortless. He offered me whatever toilet seat I wanted. I feel very lucky to have a business in Warrnambool that is so helpful and customer focused, plus Tom has an incredible sense of humour.

Adele was so lovely! Such an asset to your store
