Beavertown Lunar Haze IPA:- Very slight fizz as the ring pull is opened. Low tropical citrus perfume with a slight hop wiff. Taste is very very low level hop with a micro hint of tropical taste, but a definite light ale. Very easy to drink.
Slightly opaque orange straw colour.
Low carbonation, though all over fizzyness on the tongue with microscopic bubbles.

Your T-Shirts sizing is all over the place. Ordered an XL T-shirt to see if it fit - great fit. Ordered another 2x T-shirts at XL and they are a completely different size - swimming in them. How do you have such vastly different sized shirts all labelled as the same size?

Placed order over a week go. Fed ex cannot deliver as needs signature. I’m not in as at work. Radio silence from fed ex. Raised several emails with beavertown directly… yet to receive a reply. Had to raise a dispute with my bank as no one is communicating with me and I’ve no idea where my parcel is. So disappointed. Still waiting for a reply or refund

Absolutely ridiculous price for a beer when there are so many alternative options at close to half the price in pubs and in shops. In my opinion this beer is not worth buying and I would avoid it in favour of locally produced ales in any pubs I visit in future.

I made a mistake with an order, but shipping is so swift it was too late to change it. The company, out of their kindness, sent the correct item swiftly and with no fuss. A pleasure to deal with and will definitely order again. True old fashioned values and customer service. Thank you!

Needed an order despatched in time for fathers day as I have just had surgery and cannot be there in person to collect.

I received my order after a few days however the box handed to me by FedEx was open. I didn't think anything of it as the driver assured me it had just happened when he took it out the van...
Opened the box and I was missing a can of gamma ray!
Emailed Beavertown straight away and within a few hours they have sent me 3x gamma ray cans.
This is way above what I expected, Beavertown thats super super good customer service and you really didnt
need to do this, FedEx should be at fault for this!

Ordered beer glasses in November.Six months on still no glasses.

My partner placed an online order and paid £ 8 for next day delivery. No delivery and an automated e-mail message reply to her request for delivery details stating that you would respond within two days. £ 48 charged and no delivery. Very poor and we'll not be using you a second time. Don't offer and charge for next day delivery if you have no intention of fulfilling it. Rip off ...

I’d give it zero if I could, ignored my emails and ‘fill in the form’ requests for over a week now, not even a recognition of contact. No sign of my order yet they’ve taken the money, it’s nearly three weeks since the order was placed and not a peep from this company. Will never buy from them again, shocking customer service where they essentially just ignore you.

Absolutely rip off customers with prices ..
Example: Love neck oil - but the price being charged is absolutely absurd. There are alternatives much cheaper .. Hobgoblin Gold - a great alternative : price £11:50 for 10 440ml tins as opposed to 10 330ml tins for £15:50..
Will be stopping drinking any beavertown product until they start charging realistic prices.. (which is unlikely to happen ).

Very quick response when part of my order went missing (DHL issue not theirs) to provide a replacement. No charge when the original order eventually showed up either.

Delicious beers and great customer service, what more could you want?

I placed a subscription in February as a bday gift. Very easy to order. Payment was taken on the same date every month then shortly after I would receive my beer delivery :-) thankfully via DPD and not Evri!!

I was really impressed with the service I received from Richard from start to finish. Most recently I received a reply to my request quickly and Richard was very friendly and compassionate about my situation. There should be more Richards in the world of Customer Service! 🍻🍺

Poor customer service. They charge for single beers and no prompt that u will save if you buy a 24 pack - emailed them to change and wouldn’t help - even give the customer credit for next order - won’t be ordering again
