Ordered this bed for Saturday delivery…
Ordered this bed for Saturday delivery and paid £30 extra, bed didn’t turn up after waiting in all day. Eventually turned up on the Wed after rearranged delivery and our son slept on the floor until then. On unwrapping the divan base, both drawers were poorly fitted with drawer runners hanging off with one drawer front bent and split. Emailed customer services with pics asking for a refund and they came back to me the next day and offered to send a new base with they’re own operatives and assemble the bed fully in the room of our choice which I accepted and this was carried out on the Fri. All in all we had these issues and inconvenience but after almost a week the company did rectify the problems. I think giving a 2* would be mean but 4* to much, lessons learned.

I’m glad I had the opportunity to speak with you directly and was able to arrange for a brand-new base to be manufactured and delivered to you the following day by our own team. I’m also pleased that we were able to assemble the replacement in the room of your choice and get everything resolved as quickly as possible.
While we cannot undo the inconvenience caused initially, we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we put things right.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies, and thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve the situation.
My beds
My beds arrived on time and the delivery men were friendly and cheerful. They brought the beds upstairs with care and left no mess.
My son-in-law came to put them together for me and I was delighted with them. They are comfortable, supportive and look very nice in the rooms. I would definitely recommend this firm

Stress free experience
Easy ordering, one telephone call where the person I spoke to answered all my questions, to a fast delivery, three days later by two excellent delivery drivers. The bed was well packed and once unpacked you could tell it was great quality.

I had an issue with the bed, with some faulty parts and they didn't hesitate to arrange for replacements.
Happy with the bed, it's just as pictured.

Beware of cancelling order
Bought a “firm” orphopaedic mattress online , delivery day came when the mattress arrived very promptly. As the Mattress was just about to come in and we decided to test the firmness with our hands through the packaging and realised how soft it was and we could push/press our hands right into the mattress , there was no firmness whatsoever you could tell it would not last long and eventually collapse. We were shocked at the quality compared to the old mattresses we have at home! We told the courier we weren’t happy and the mattress is no where near firm as described!! I was so gutted and refused delivery because there was no way we were keeping that mattress !
Now after contacting customer services I asked for refund/cancellation of order . They are now charging £60 just for cancelling the order of a product that was clearly not satisfactory/as described or fit for purpose!!!
Not justified whatsoever to charge that much to reject an order for a valid reason!
Unfortunately I will have to resort to my bank for help.

Ordered furniture which could not be delivered on requested date.
I ordered a furniture set for delivery and got an email a few days later saying the furniture could not be delivered in time as its not even in there warehouse? Then why let me order it for delivery at all? They need to fix their website to prevent issues like this again. Not a great experience.

Very good service
I am very happy with my purchase from Beds Factory. They were transparent from the beginning and clearly explained that the beds were not in stock at the time of purchase.
They delivered both beds and the mattresses together exactly when they said they would. Everything arrived as promised, and the whole process went very smoothly.
I was initially a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was completely positive. I am very pleased with everything and would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Great value headboards.
We wanted shallow headboards for a couple of single beds in our lodge. The headboards arrived on the date advised and were well packaged.
The range of available colours was incredible for a budget headboard. Easy to fit and look great.

Was pleased with delivery. Unfortunately, there were 2 screws missing and therefore unable to fully connect the two parts of the base. I did email yourselves immediately on same day of the delivery (Thursday) but have yet to receive a reply today (Saturday).

This was an example to show the dip clearly which is common practice within our industry.
Once we have seen the imagery we can act on it in terms of sending a replacement.
Bed never arrived ordered on 24 July
Bed never arrived. Spoke to Steve he was very polite. As the delivery failed I asked for my money back. Did what he requested “sent email to customer services requesting refund That’s when the merry go round started. So I gave up and asked my Credit Card company to help get a refund. Much later a received a call from BJS ( the delivery company ) who said they could deliver the bed Friday I told them that I canceled the order. Not a great experience. Today Friday still no email about the refund thank god for section 75 they refunded and I understand that they are requesting the money from this company. I had no intentions of doing a review but bed factory direct requested it via email so I did as requested.Shows they did not really care or the right hand does not know what the left is doing. Buyer be aware!!!!!!!! Shame they seem to be a good company
