From query to delivery in less than 3 days .

I’ve been so impressed with this experience . From googling on Tuesday morning and numerous emails from Carl on Tuesday morning answering al my questions . Which to him are probably run of the mill queries but answered with professionalism. I ordered three different size cool max fitted sheets . At 2 pm I had my receipt and just now received my delivery . Delighted with the quality and feel . Can’t wait to ditch the old and put on the new . Thanks Carl .

Completely unsolicited review here ... bought a complete bed set from Bedlinen Direct recently. Was inpressed by the contact to query I only wanted one pillow case (i did). when the linens arrived, even more impressed by the quality and feel of the sheets. Washed brilliantly. And when I came to put them on the bed, i was VERY impressed by the fit, very generous sizing (no squeezing onto the corners of the mattress!). I will happily purchase my next linens from Bedlinen Direct.

After ordering our Duvet from Linen Cupboard on 9th February and several chasing emails and no guarantee of when the product would be sent to us, on the 29th of MARCH we decided to look elsewhere. We found what appears to be the identical product on the Bedlinen Direct website. After calling them to check availability Carl promised to call the UK based manufacturers to get a delivery date. We needed the item by 11th April as we have a new larger bed being delivered. Within the hour Carl called me back with an eta date of the following Wednesday (6th April). It actually arrived on the 1st. Amazing service and the item was cheaper. Very highly recommend Bedlinen Direct.

Great service at a great price. I ordered the Belledorm polyester/cotton mix bedlinen, a duvet cover, fitted sheet plus pillowcases. They arrived in two days. Such easy shopping. Thank you

I bought a very expensive duvet, which sadly was incorrect.
I’ve tried to exchange for a different product and was shut down by one of their customer service workers.
I was told it was a made to order duvet, but from purchase to delivery (Manchester to London) being three days, I really do not believe them. Do Not buy from them.
The second duvet was more expensive and I even offered to pay for the second delivery. Extremely poor service!! There should be protection for buying online!
Do Not use this company.

We bought a duel tog feather duvet from Bedlinen Direct. You can choose what tog you want for each side and it’s made to order. Just received ours and it’s an absolute winter game changer for us. Now he’s not too hot 🥵 and I’m not too cold 🥶 and we can cuddle up and get a great night sleep! Service was excellent too

The service was excellent. I needed to change the delivery address and received a very prompt reply to my email and the duvet arrived the next day. I bought a 100%Canadian goose down duvet which is wonderfully light and warm and is just as advertised.

We are so pleased with our cool max mattress protectors. We ordered one, and was so delighted, we then ordered more for the rest of the beds in our house. It transforms the bedding and has made our beds so much more comfortable.

The service we received was superb. We had to wait a little time for our first order as it was a special order for an unusual sized bed, but we were kept informed throughout and any email I sent was replied to within the day. Our second order, just before Christmas, we were told would not arrive until after Christmas which we completely understood, but to our delight it arrived on 23rd December.

Unable to find the correct size of mattress cover in the USA to fit our Italian mattress, I contacted Bedlinen Direct. My initial inquiry was responded to immediately and, after a rapid exchange of emails, we were able to order a mattress cover. Service throughout was fast, responsive. friendly and well-informed, I'm a very happy customer with a very nice mattress cover that fits perfectly!!

Fantastic quality extra deep fitted sheet and delivery was very fast and quick

I ordered 2 x flat sheets, 2 x fitted sheets and 8 pillow cases. The order arrived on the day I was told, however there was 1 sheet missing. I contacted the supplier and was emailed an hour later. This was an apology for the missing item and a promise that the sheet would be sent out that day and I would receive it the following day. This is exactly what happened. Prompt, courteous service and I would definitely use them again and will also recommend to friends.

Bedlinen Direct are a superb firm to deal with.
They have a very easy online store to navigate,
it is easy to find what you want, A great selection of bedding. Very fast service and a joy to use. Very easy to pay. The best service we have come across.

Arrived on time but fitted sheets ordered were supposed to be extra deep (nothing on the packaging says this). Sheets were flimsy, despite being 1000TC and were a yellowing colour and certainly not white.
Wont be ordering again

Just bought 2 new beds with deep pillow top mattresses. This is the only company I've found who sell the extra deep 18" fitted sheet - 400TC. Quality is excellent and customer service has been great. Lovely to be able to talk to a real person if needed!

Great quality product, just took a long time for delivery as it was a special order of bed sheets 215cm x 215cm Coolmax 7FT Emperor Fitted, but great price

On Wednesday 5th May my wife ordered Hotel Collection 540 thread count bedlinen: 1KS Quilt set 2KS fitted sheets in Ivory. She also ordered1 pillowcase set in Navy. On Thursday we received an e mail & phone call querying the Navy pillowcases in case she had ordered the wrong colour. She had in fact ordered correctly but was impressed that Carl took the time & effort to contact her& check. All bedlinen was received earlier than anticipated & is excellent. It was also significantly cheaper than competitors. Can't recommend them enough especially for this product.

Fast delivery, Superb product! I bought a 200 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Fitted Sheet this week and am utterly delighted at the quality. 11 years ago I managed to get similar bedding and have hunted for such since. Despite trying multiple, big name retailers, I have not managed to find such again - until now! Thank you so much. I will be back.

I loved my new pillows, i discoverer them while staying in an Airbnb and I ordered them straight away! They came very quickly and they have that “ahhhhh” feeling that I have been looking for a while. they are definitely luxury quality thanks

We ordered 2 sets of 400tc bedlinen from Bedlinen Direct, it's the 1st time I have used this Company.
The first set washed and ironed perfectly. After laundering the 2nd set one pillowcase showed it was faulty (fabric had been cut slightly on cross) and was difficult to straighten and iron.
We contacted Bedlinen Direct about this and we received a response very quickly informing us that the item would be replaced. We received the replacement item the following morning.
Very pleased with their customer care and would definitly order from this company again.

I am very pleased with the products i ordered. I would highly recommend this company to anybody.
