All good but a slight concern
Goods delivered as described. Only slight concern was the polystyrene packing which was a board broken up and stuffed into the box it came in. Goods weren’t damaged but I wouldn’t be trusting that packing method to work every time.

I ordered some tap cartridges and then needed them delivered as quickly as possible. The person I spoke to at Bella was helpful and efficient and the new parts arrived before my plumber!

Excellent service, I must especially commend the courier they use.
‘Stop Start’ courier kept me informed before the delivery then right up to kerb. Each time clear eta, similar to Uber app.
I was able to go about my day without fear of missing them.
