Product was as described excellent quality and delivery etc all very prompt and hasstle free couldn’t recommend enough.

Very happy with the transaction and shipment to France. The site contains all the helpful information about conditions for shipping abroad. I asked a question on the chat which was quickly and accurately answered. The information during shipment was good. The product was conformed to the description, no bad surprise! I set it up on my own the first time, it took me less than an hour. I suppose it will take even less next time. Good quality, it has already undergone heavy showers and rather good wind, and I only had to tighten up the guy ropes a bit afterwards. All good for me!!!

Goods came quickly. All correct no problems.

We had a problem during the delivery process as the courier couldn’t find us and scheduled a new delivery date. On contacting Bell Tent Sussex, they sorted the delivery problem and tent was delivered as expected.
Also on putting up the tent we found a problem with stitching. This was dealt with efficiently, easing any stress and worry. Perfect from start to finish, would recommend and order from them again.

These pegs are a great substantial item. I bought them because my old ‘V’ shaped stakes have come towards the end of their life. I have these style for my other tent and they haven’t given up, so it was a no brainer to get the same. Good and strong.

Amazing customer service... I ordered a 5m bell tent and unfortunately DHL had a problem with delivery which meant I would not receive the tent before the weekend. I was planning to have my daughter's 4th birthday party in the garden in the bell tent. I phoned Chris who was more than happy to meet me close by with another bell tent to replace the one that DHL could not deliver so my daughter got her garden birthday party. Would really recommend this company.

Great communication from Chris, needed a replacement part for the oven as the spot welding was faulty, within 15 minutes had it confirmed it was on order & will be delivered in the next two weeks. Nice to speak on a one to one basis in this day & age. Tent etc when it arrived was fantastic.

We’ve only stayed in it once so far in good weather and great experience as newbies to camping.

The tent is heavy due to quality of materials but fairly straight forward to put up. The instructions are excellent and come on a thick card with coloured pictures step by step.

I’m not particularly strong and I can put up and take down the 4m bell tent by myself.

It’s really airy to sleep in and the vents at the bottom (with netting for insects) keep air flow through. There isn’t the condensation you can get with nylon tents.

The tent is all in one piece with the ground sheet zipped to the upper canvas and double zipped door.

You can buy inner tents as add ons.

There are plenty of extras such as hole for a stove chimney etc.

So far the zips look really strong and meet where they should.

The ground sheet can be unzipped from the top so the top can be rolled up a bit in warm weather.

I’d recommend getting an extra ground sheet to go under for protection and ease of cleaning.

The packed weight for a 4m bell tent is 28 kg but lighter once you take out the pole bag and tent peg bag, which makes it all easier to move around.

I’m new to camping and got this to persuade my husband to give it a go and he’s now a convert and loves it! There is plenty of room to stand up.

Bought the 4m tent for two people and there is loads of space for beds, camping table and chairs etc.

I didn’t shop around for other brands so can’t compare but I’m very happy with the quality and a very reasonable price for such a big, substantial tent.

The company do make it clear you must store it away bone dry so the after trip care is likely to take more time and space than a nylon tent.
