The awning came very quickly and has been a lifesaver for camping in hot weather. It was easy to erect despite the absence of instructions. The canvas, fittings and guy ropes are all good quality.

Brilliant end to end
Brilliant end to end. Called customer services as we needed a quick turnaround for a last minute festival ticket. They were helpful on the phone and advised the product would arrive in time. We went for the 5m, and it was with us within 24 hours. Military grade operations! The tent is great: high quality, spacious and easy to put up. Looking forward to making memories with the family!

A lifesaver in hot weather!
The awning came very quickly and has been a lifesaver for camping in hot weather.
It was easy to erect despite the absence of instructions.

Well crafted best bell tent!
Well crafted, high quality and a beautiful tent. The detail on the zips, funky purple guy ropes, strong pegs, perfect bags for the tent/pegs and poles. Honestly the best tent I’ve bought over 30 years. No idea why I waited so long! One person can easily put up a 3m tent within 15 mins. High quality. Speedy delivery.

I placed 2 orders
I placed 2 orders
the first one for a tent, awning and tent cover, then i rececieveid a prompt e mail to look at purchasing any other items and placed a second ordewr for the coir matting--before I recived delivery of the first order
basicially I was rather disappointyed not to benefit from the 10% discount and free delivery I could have recieved if I'd bought them in one order rather than 2
