Buying a new mattress after 20 years
My husband and I went into the shop to test a few mattresses, having decided years ago we needed a new one. We were impressed with the knowledge of our assistant, Daria, who asked our preferred sleeping positions and recommended options for us to try, as well as explaining the differences between different mattresses. She was also great at telling us any negatives so we had a full picture of what would suit us best. I would recommend the experience to anyone: we did not feel rushed and spent ages checking different mattresses. I also appreciated the way the shop manager explained our options for finance, and offered a number of different delivery dates so that we could identify one convenient to us.

The bed is lovely and comfortable
The bed is lovely and comfortable. The process of purchasing was easy. However, I paid for assembly and the job was shabby. The base of the storage compartment was not secured properly. Disappointed at that.

An over all great experience. From Marcus in the store to the guys delivering. Kept informed through out. Marcus was extremely helpful explaining as we tried several mattresses.
Delivery drivers were amazing. Delivered early and were very tidy and informative.

We were going to check out other bedding stores but due to his friendly demeanour decided there and then to purchase two mattresses.

Great customer service (although you may want to dial down on the number of emails and texts you send out as it's a bit much!). Salesperson in Bedford store was very helpful and listened to what we wanted. Very quick delivery. Will definitely shop here again.
