The assistant in store was patient and helpful. She asked relevant questions enabling my elderly mum to make an informed choice from the large selection of mattresses on display.

Good experience let down by damage on the bed which we waited 7 weeks for
The in store experience was good with time given to let us try out options before we made a choice. Delivery was quite slow but not too bad and we were kept updated about the progress. Delivery itself was on the day expected and within the timeslot provided. When we opened the boxes to build the bed, the frame was scratched so I phoned the store but as it was Saturday no one could help me until Monday so I now need to see what we can do - obviously lack of quality control checking the items before packing

Can't fault the experience, from the shop to the delivery it was so easy. The delivery guys were so helpful and got the bed in my room around a fairly difficult staircase with ease!

Online order for adjustable bed
I ordered an adjustable bed online for my parents due to health issues - my dad has parkinsons and dementia and my mum has chronic physical disabilities, both in their 70s. We had the bed delivered in two parts, the headboard coming direct from Bensons, the actual bed direct from the manufacturers. The delivery team who delivered the headboard were absolutely lovely, but were surprised to only be delivering just the headboard. The team who delivered the bed weren't quite as friendly, my mum asked would they mind putting the headboard in position against the wall, no need to fix to the bed as it was a floorstanding one. One of the guys replied 'it's not our job to do this, its Bensons'. Even if it wasn't out of kindness seeing my parents couldn't manage this themselves and the fact they were assembling the bed anyway they could have put the headboard in place. Everything else about the service was good, the communications about the delivery progress and delivery window was adhered to and everyone managed to get all parts delivered on the same day which was appreciated and there were phonecalls half hour before too, so couldn't fault any of that. My parents are very happy with the bed, its very good quality and very comfortable. The score would have been 5, but the bed delivery team failed in my opinion for lack of not only customer service, but on kindness and empathy.

While certain delivery teams have specific tasks they’re required to follow, we absolutely agree that the situation could have been handled with more care and consideration. Great experience
Great experience purchasing a new mattress. The sales person in the shop was helpful, not pushy at all. Explained everything clearly and gave us all the various finance / payment options. Delivery was arranged and easy: several reminders received and received a text on day of delivery to let us know when the bed would be delivered. Great service from everyone!

Great overall experience
The staff are great. They are very helpful, polite and friendly. You don’t feel like you are being rushed to make a decision. They offer advise and know which products are available so they can take you around the showroom and show you different versions of the product. I purchased previously and was so impressed by the service it was the first place I went to for my next purchase.
