Easy to deal with, no pressure sales. The chap who dealt with us knew exactly what we wanted and didn't try to push anything extra onto us.

We were pretty clear what we wanted when we went to the store and were left alone to investigate and make our decisions. The paperwork for purchase was completed as quickly as possible without any push for extras to be bought. The best part of the experience was the short waiting time for the mattress to be delivered and the delivery process itself. Communication was excellent on the day of delivery and the days prior to delivery. When the mattress arrive it took less than 5 minutes for it to be taken to the room of our choice unpacked and positioned. All the packaging was taken away and we were given useful instructions for immediate care. The delivery men were pleasant and polite. Excellent service.

We were very impressed by the whole process from entering the showroom to purchasing and delivery. The communication, along the way, was also very helpful.

I purchased a mattress for my disabled daughter's adjustable bed in store and it has turned out to be a nightmare for her as she now sits in a hole when the head of her bed is up. We spent a long time discussing which mattress would be best for her and this one was the only option according to the chap I spoke to. I went instore and explained the problem and was told that I had to complain online with no web address - no offer to deal with the initial complaint for me or guidance. I feel totally let down by the company as I have very little time as a full time unpaid carer to get online at all - let alone have the energy to write a complaint. I'm yet to try to resolve the problems as a result. eg my daughter sits in a hole! the mattress is VERY deep which means all her bedside furniture isn't appropriate anymore including her commode. The selling feature of changing the mattress within 30 days was inappropriate for our situation and deceptively sold as very expensive to do so anyway. Receiving an email the day before mattress is delivered warning that a deep depression where you sit is 'normal' - no Bensons it isn't. I hope Bensons management read this and get back to me. Beware and do your homework better than me. This was sold to me deceptively.

Went into the Chippenham store on Saturday morning just to have a look at the mattresses.

We were greeted by Sharon who was amazing.

No pressure - offered us a quote without any pushy sales. She was so helpful and made the visit a pleasure. 😊

Malcolm the advisor was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. He went through the pros and cons of each mattress and helped us make an informed decision. Didn't pressurise us in any way but nervous know he was there if needed. Shame a little extra discount wasn't available. But overall, a really good experience.

Joanne was friendly and knowledgeable. We went in knowing what we needed but not knowing what type of mattress. Joanne showed us various different types and encouraged us to try them, she showed us how they are put together to give the support and comfort we require. Would definitely recommend Joanne to others.

We had such a great experience at Benson’s for beds Chippenham. Especially our interaction with Malcolm.
We went in to browse after our mattress had broken and we went to our local retail park that had a number of mattress shops.
Our first stop was Benson’s and we were quickly approached by Malcolm. He was super friendly and welcoming and made a daunting task very easy for us.
We gave him our budget and he instantly knew what would be best for us.
He spoke about different packages based on our lifestyle and different cover, we could get just in case the same thing happened again (we got our last mattress somewhere else three years ago).
He was very open, honest and transparent which is what I really value as a sales manager and product specialist myself.
I never thought I would laugh so much shopping for a mattress!!
We walked into Benson’s with the idea of just looking in all of the shops that were in our area (dreams is a few doors down and we’re heavy online shoppers) but we walked out knowing we weren’t gonna go anywhere else and we were sold on Malcolm’s recommendation.
We came back the next day and proceeded with Malcolm’s recommendation without any hesitation and we were delighted to see that he was there. He remembered our interaction from the day before and the choice of mattress that he recommended for us.
He went above and beyond and an absolute pleasure to talk to.
