On arrival we were welcomed by a member of staff and then left to browse at our leisure.

When we were ready to choose a bed and base we had the different choices explained to us and told to try different mattress options.

Once we’d made our decision payment was taken and delivery options chosen.
Overall, a painless experience.

Have not yet received bed nor do have a date. I was told to expect a phone call by the friendly salesperson from the manufacturer so not much yet to report

I walked in rather than shop on line. We were left to browse for a while and then we were asked if we had any questions. Their guidance was so great. We were shown beds across the range of quality and price. The customer service was second to none something you can’t get online

I have not bought a bed since 1991and went to Bensons in the hope of finding a good selection of beds in one place. On arrival the shop appeared to be deserted. I had a look around and found bed-buying had become more complex than I remembered. Jeff appeared and skilfully talked me through the various options. I was able to try each and fairly swiftly made a decision. Jeff then expertly took my order and payment, including some nominal special offers. I’m now awaiting delivery so am unable to comment on my new bed with two drawers and a firm Slumberland hybrid mattress, however, I feel I was well-advised and purchased a good bed for a reasonable price. Every aspect of the experience was good, Jeff was very helpful and I would have no reservations on recommending Chippenham Bensons for Beds. Thank you Jeff!

The service from beginning to end Jeff in Store helpful and friendly and the delivery drivers Chris and Dion were prompt friendly helpful and respectful of property. The mattress is delightful. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Chippenham store manager Jeff , is a let down to your company , made me fell very uncomfortable and was telling me what I wanted and not advising me ,
And he was very rude to his member of staff I think his name was Malcolm , infront of myself and another customer .

Basically your sales personnel should have up to date information on stock availability.
I was promised a product in just over a week by the sales manager.
Only to receive an email telling me the delivery has been delayed. If I had known this in the shop I would not have bought the mattress.

Very helpful staff who were able to give me all the information I needed to help me decide about what purchase would best suit my needs. Very pleased.
