Comfortable mattress, sturdy frame
Delivery was great, the delivery men did an excellent job getting the very large mattress upstairs and very heavy boxes!
We installed the ottoman bed frame ourselves. Instructions were easy to follow, everything was well packaged and labelled.
The bed frame is very sturdy and we found the mattress comfortable from night 1.
However, even though this mattress and bed were purchased, as displayed in store, to be sure that the ottoman does not close on top of you, you would need to remove the quilt and pillows, otherwise the ottoman closes by itself....like the gas lifters are not strong enough.... a little disappointing considering the amount spent overall

To clarify, the gas lifting arms are designed to assist with lifting the ottoman frame, but they do not lock or hold the frame in the raised position. We have been all over looking for a bed , bensons was by far the most helpful and informative, with no pressure, we settled on a super king TV bed ,it is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, customer service and the men that came and delivered the bed and put together was excellent.

Great Sales approach
Great Sales approach, asked us what we needed, showed us around and left us to it, which really suited our needs. Has the mattress our son wanted and had one in stock, so i could take it there and then. I have always tired of the special offer on the thing you never want, but its there today, but when this was refused it was just moved on from, so no complaints there. Whenever I need a matress or new bed, Bensons is generally where I go.

Alex looked after us in store, he was very knowledgable about the beds, very pleasant and not at all the usual pushy salesman.

Excellent product, beautiful and strong beds. Rated 4 because the sales team refused to refund insurance for a cancelled product, but their customer service helped immediately to resolve the issue. Overall, would recommend and most likely shop Bensons beds when moving house again.

Perfect New Bed
We were attended to as soon as we reached the appropriate department. The sales person was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly (all of the staff appe1ared friendly), at no time did we feel under pressure to buy.
We were shown to a range of bed mattresses that we were able to test for comfort and given plenty of time to decide.
Our sales person was helpful in arranging payment and delivery of our new bed.
The bed arrived on time and the delivery experience and assembly of the bed was perfect.
The bed is exceptional and we feel like we have made the right decision.
