Showroom is spacious tidy and clean,staff are welcoming and helpful, prices are clearly displayed

Greeted on entering the store and offered help but left alone to look around the store. Plenty of advice on hand when we needed it, helpful pleasant staff.

Initial delivery date cancelled, no explanation given. Second date, lorry arrived on time - driver's comms to us were great - but unfortunately somebody had forgotten to actually load our mattress onto the lorry in the first place.
Customer service promised to investigate and ring back. No phone call received. I rang them (3pm) - "we are now closed. Please ring back between the hours of 9am and 5pm."
Well that's helpful. Not.

Jason in the Peterborough brotherhood branch was very helpful, friendly and took the time to explain different options.

I ordered a double bed and asked if two single beds could be taken away, I was told at the Peterborough store this was not a problem and a charge of £50 was put on. When it came to receive the bed, I was told only one mattress could be taken and they could not put the double bed together due to lack of space and I should have disassembled the single beds. So the first next date they have is in 3 weeks time. On no communication from Bensons for Beds did they either say the single beds need to be disassembled and the amount of £50 did not advise anything on what would be taken away and I am told I now need to pay more money if I want the extra bed. I have sent a complaint and I would not use this company again. Be aware if you want to cancel they can charge 20% to cancel after 7 days of the order. My complaint has not even been acknowledged 5 days after the email by customer service

The gentleman that helped me and my Partner was kind and friendly and helpful in all aspects of getting me and my partners new bed couldn’t of asked for a better customer service experience

Me and my Partner went into the Peterborough store and had a look around for our new bed, we wasn't greeted right away which was actually very nice so we could actually view items and then Jason approached us and helped us with a couple of questions we had, we then proceeded to buy what we was after and it was a nice, easy process and a very quick delivery, we however hadn't measured correctly and the bed didn't fit up the stairs (my fault obviously) Despite this I had to deal with several people in the shop over the phone to try and get this rectified and the correct bed ordered and the one that wouldn't fit collected and all of this over the Christmas period where I imagine they are quite busy, however everyone I spoke to was very polite and professional and kept me updated with everything as we went and I finally got the bed I wanted and delivered by Graham and his Team, again very polite and helpful during the delivery and now I am all set up ready to enjoy my first nights sleep, would definately recommend to anyone looking for a new bed!

From walking through the door, until placing our order the experience was first class. David who finally took our order, and helped with advice was very polite and respectful. No hard sell just listened and gave us a few pointers and ideas.

Jm the shop assistant was extremely helpful and dealt with our very quickly and was very friendly.
