Bensons Great Company To Deal With.
We had a really goof experience with Bensons and there salesman was excellent. We had to change our mattress as it was proving to soft. They were really happy to assist us with a firm mattress to suit our needs.

Happy with outcome .
We chose a bed/ mattress but made a mistake with the mattress. It was to hard , it cost me a extra £170 but I was able to change the mattress which was good considering it was our error. Delivery men friendly and efficient, happy with the outcome .

Helpful and knowledgable staff, reasonable delivery time but delivery and recycle cost are high. Mattress due to be delivered next week. Hopefully, all goes well or it will warrant another review!!

Great instore experience
Great instore experience. The chap who dealt with me, Hamza, was really professional and seemed to go the extra mile. I was tested for mattress tension and shown at least 5 mattresses and different beds. Probably spent about an hour there and am really satisfied that I have the best one for me. I have arthritic neck and spine and felt that was considered during the purchase. Not delivered yet so can't comment on that but very positive experience so far.
