great customer service and good designs
Great customer service and a good knowledge of products, that they had in store and on line, was not over barring on you to buy there and then, so made looking more relaxing and unrushed, from initial testing of mattresses, the one we picked was best for my back, until it arrives and I can try it out over a few weeks, it is at this time unfeasible to give a definitive answer, as to whether it is good or not, every step of purchasing was made easy and relaxing by the staff member

Vicky at Benson for bed Rayleigh was so helpful. We didn't quite know what we wanted. She talked us through every aspect made us try several types of mattress and then explained and tried out pillows.

We had to change our delivery several times without any problems.
Delivery was on time with great communication and the guys who delivered where very professional.

When we arrived Hamza asked what we required and told us where they were situated and showed me various types.
Hamza was very helpful and not at all pushy which makes a change as if that happens I usually leave the store.
Well done Hamza, he made the visit very easy and helpful, and would recommend the store highly.

New bed
Excellent service, young an was polite and efficient, I intended to buy an electric bed, but didn’t find it suitable, given that he may have been working on commission and that I was prepared to pay for an electric bed, he didn’t try to sell me a top of the range bed, in fact advised that Bensons own make base at half the price of another make would be just as good and I would only be paying for a colour choice. Highly delighted with the price and got extra 20% off, free quality mattress protector and care kit. And two hour delivery slot. It was quite pricy to have my old bed taken at £100 but they refunded after I found council will take it for £22 or charity will take it if in good condition.

I bought a mattress and Dunlopillo 2 Pillows
I bought a mattress and 2 Dunlopillo pillows.When I was laying on the bed testing the mattress I also tried a pillow. The pillow felt so comfortable .The mattress and pillows were delivered on 13.02 2025.I tried it for about 30 mins but it was too hard and thick to sleep on. I returned them both to the shop and was told that they could exchange pillows. She then said what we should have been told to do was to sit in them on a chair for a couple of days or bang them on our knees.We were not told this when we purchased them or we would not have bought them. She said the ones in the shop were already broken in .It is the first time that I have ever heard of braking in a pillow .
