It was a pleasure to be dealt with by Andy at Solihull branch. Helpful, answered my questions. When so much is done on-line with the absence of people it was refreshing to actually speak with someone, especially someone with a good attitude.

With assistant's painstaking help, managed to refine my selection of the desired bed. Order process was very smooth. Excellent communication about purchase and delivery. Delivery easy to change to suit commitments. Ben & Kieran delivered the bed, assembled it with skill and took away the old bed. Left bedroom spotless and were both very friendly and efficient.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with those who couldn't seem to get their act together when it came to delivery dates. It was like playing a frustrating game of musical chairs with my order. They have changed the delivery dates twice and still no information about the final delivery date(Third time).
I am still concerned about the product quality!

The team at the store were so welcoming and friendly. They gave you the space and time to look around but were there to answer questions and help when needed.
When we had decided what we wanted and worked through the options available, they made sure we had come to the right decision before committing.
They were friendly and funny and made the whole process a fun experience rather than a transaction. Couldn’t recommend them enough

On entering the store we were greeted in a friendly manner by the salesman, who encouraged us to look around and try out the mattresses. He did not hover around us whilst we looked but he was knowledgeable about the products and services, offering clear and accurate information when we asked for it.
Although we had to pay to have our old mattress taken away, we were delighted to find that the delivery men would be able to take it away at the same time as the new one was delivered and that it would be recycled without any additional cost.

I decided to go to Bensons for a new mattress. This is the one located at Retail Park, Shirley, Solihull.
I was met with friendly staff who asked if I needed help and then explained about all the different types involved. I was asked to try out various and the one lady also went into great detail about positioning myself, what should feel right and even the pillow was changed as i was too high. I was given plenty of time to go round the showroom and all my questions were met and I could then make a decision as to what best suited me.

Went in to see the selection of beds the member of staff gave us some info and we went away to compare and decide. We went back the next day and were extremely pleased with the service from the member of staff that we bought our new bed
