Great customer service
Went in to see the selection of beds the member of staff gave us some info and we went away to compare and decide. We went back the next day and were extremely pleased with the service from the member of staff that we bought our new bed

Friendly well informed staff and good pricing
Friendly well informed staff - good advice and no pressured selling.
Price was competitive and the manager was responsive to price comparisions against other retailers when concluding the deal.

The staff in the shop were very friendly and helpful and not pushy. They were lovely with my young son who was trying to choose a mattress. Great service Thankyou

An enjoyable experience.
Above all the staff were very knowledgeable. They allowed us to look around in general and to ask for information in our own time. We appreciated this sales policy rather than being 'in your face'. Thank you.

Dont waste your money
We bought three beds & mattress and two bedroom wardrobes both five door panels. We bought these from the branch in shirley Solihull which has closed now "good riddance". Worst decision I've ever made the bad & mattresses fell apart after two & half years literally the beds broke the wood that used was of the most cheapest quality, went to the store to complain it was as if they were deaf. The wardrobes one in white & one in charcoal grey great for about two years then the sides on both came off. It took them five months to build these wardrobes I thought i was buying bespoke proper jointed furniture but this is just plywood stuck together with wood glue. Again the store just shrugged its shoulders.
