Life changing mittens! Incredible quality and work so well. I have Rynauds and having the option to turn on the batteries to heat the gloves when skiing was a complete game-changer. The mittens themselves were so good I barely had to turn on the heat, but stuck on a chair lift at -12 they really came into their own! I’ve also worn them cycling here in the UK when it’s really cold. I ordered 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure which would be best, delivery was quick and it was easy to return the second pair.

Easy returns procedure helps end up with the right product. I love my leather heated gloves; they look elegant and are functional. The heated inner gloves I bought too seem good, but I had to buy bigger outer gloves to fit over them, so a little more cumbersome. More research into getting heated inner gloves thinner?

I bought a heated vest for wearing to watch my son play rugby in the winter months. After months of freezing on the sideline I am now warm and toasty and its truly a game-changer!
It wasn't one of the cheapest I'd seen but definitely worth the money.

I bought one of their heated cushions. It arrived quickly but the extra battery was not the power I purchased (a lower one). After contacting them I was asked to return the incorrect battery via my local Asda store & they would send the right one. I explained that the nearest Asda to me would involve a 60 mile round trip - not very eco friendly!! I asked if they could just refund the difference (£10) which they did without any problem. I love my “cushion”(it’s really not a cushion, more a mat!) as it rolls up making it very portable & gives nice heat over virtually whole surface. Thinking of getting another.

I have purchased heated socks from Bertschat for both my Son & Daughter who are both competitive Cyclists. My daughter wore hers in Nepal last February where she found them to be one of the most necessary items of clothing she took with her. Bertschat customer service is second to none. They respond very quickly and efficiently. I would always recommend buying from Bertschat.

I bought heated gloves for my wife. The ones I ordered were too small, so I sent them back and got the next size. No fuss, no issues and they are absolutely brilliant.

A brilliant buying experience. We purchased a set of the soft leather heated gloves for my elderly father in law who suffers with cold hands. He has big hands being a mechanic so we purchased a size large. He loved the gloves as they were very smart, soft and heated too. However he was unable to get his oversized hands in them! We used the easy return process and asked for a replacement in size XL. Unfortunately the courier lost the gloves so we expected to have difficulty in getting a replacement. However Michiel sorted it out for us, sending a replacement pair immediately. A wonderful experience and a brilliant product too. Thank You all.
