Very nice leisure centre
Very nice leisure centre . Welcoming staff. Felt comfortable straightaway. It was my first time taking my child for her swimming lessons so didnt know where I was going or what i had to do. The lady with brown hair was lively and told us where to go and what we had to do. Can't wait too go this friday and neither can my daughter. Swimming lesson was great and bella did amazing for her first time having a fear or water and not being able too touch the floor. Kenzie and the other teacher were fab. Couldnt be more pleased .

The whole process is excellent
The whole process is excellent. I was referred to the programme and Anthony has been very helpful. I really enjoyed it. Its ideal as a starting point if you intend to do other classes in the gym. The equipment is good and you are shown how to use each piece. Not only is this a great way to get fit or more mobile, but its great for mental health too, and you meet some lovely people so its great. Highly recommended.

Classes suited to your needs
The fitness class tutors are excellent. Most of our class are elderly, with many (such as myself) having recently undergone surgery - a hip replacement in my case. Exercises are clearly designed to meet our needs and abilities. I had last gone to a gym in 1967, but I now go three times a week for an hour each time.

Doing what helps me.
Ive been referred to this Leisure Centre to Join NERS a circuit session, by The Physiotherapist I was seeing. The centre is so helpful in all other things at the Centre, gym,swimming, . Our training coach Anthony is so helpful if things are too difficult he will keep an eye on everyone and explain things to do easier for us. He is very professional. This is an amazing Leisure Centre.

The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The sports instructor Anthony was lovely, helpful and supportive. Making sure you were comfortable using sport equipment and keeping everyone happy.

There is more variety in classes now.
There is more variety in classes now.
Cleaning could be improved,toilet are and floors in dance studio.
Repairs take a long time eg air con in studio.

The only thing I have to complain about is your booking system its a nightmare it take forever to get through. Other than that Eastern is great staff are brilliant.
