I am thrilled to hear that you have been enjoying the leisure centre and its excellent facilities. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our valued clients like you.
That being said, I am sorry to hear that the leisure centre does not offer many evening swim sessions that would fit your schedule. I completely understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to attend the activities you enjoy due to scheduling conflicts, and please know that we are actively working on expanding our opening hours to better accommodate our customers' needs.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you encountered during your visit. As a company, we take great pride in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of facility maintenance. Therefore, I am disappointed to hear that we fell short of your expectations.

We are sorry to hear that some of the machines are out of order.
We have just acquired the centre and are currently reviewing what needs to be fixed/updated so we are working hard to make sure everything is in working order.
