Initial order was missing an item, however one email and the missing item was dispatched and received within a couple of days

The ordering process was simple and the cycle computer I ordered arrived the next day. Unfortunately it wouldn't power on (possibly a battery issue) - Bike Shed sent me out a replacement before I'd even returned the old one. Very happy with the service.

Responsive helpful support. But delivery was a bit overlong considering you pay £5 for the pleasure. But Maybe that's just the post office

Great quick service when ordering a new bike. The bike came with a small bit missing, quick message and the part was there the next day.

Great price and quick delivery. When my helmet arrived it had a size medium in a large box. One email later they had sent out the correct size and included a labelled bag to return the incorrect one. Fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic. Bought a GPS computer, which was unbelievably cheap. Honestly thought it was one of those 'to good to be true' situations. Anyway, went ahead with the purchase and within a few hours received a dispatch email, surprised. The next day I received the product, genuinely surprised.

Excellent service and great value

Over a period of about a year I have been "popping in" to the Outta Town Bike Shed to look at and compare electric cargo bikes. Matt in the upstairs part has given solid and consistent advice - even looking at the spec of bikes they don't stock to compare with the ones instore. A trip to their bike so this Spring to meet the Estarli boys has resulted in a purchase. You can't beat being presented with the fully charged, full spec bike to ride home. I know I can "pop in" to this store with any questions or tweeks. That is also the joy of buying from a very reputable store. Lots of space and easy parking on site and a great hill to test these bikes on.

Visited Bike Shed in Exeter City today seeking a repair to a seat post clamping mechanism for a folding e-bike. I was served by Bill who really ‘pulled out all the stops’ to help. He solved the problem in no time without it costing a fortune. All of the staff were very pleasant and professional. I shall definitely visit again.

Purchased a GPS with sensors, the price was competitive. Item arrived well packed and on time, so all good. GPS from Bryton is much better than the old Garmin I was using and lower cost than a new Garmin. Overall very happy with performance on the first 100 miles of rides.

Great bike shop, delivery took a little longer than expected but they ensured me my bike was getting looked over to make sure it was in perfect condition upon arrival, which it was… however Bike had a little bit dirt on (easily washed off) but they built my bike for me which i would of struggled with as I've never owned a full suspension before so can not complain. everything else was perfect

Outstanding service. I do not usually have time to write review but for Bikeshed, I will make time as they were fabulous to me. I ordered a Dynaplug tool too last-minute late and wondered if it would be able to arrive in time by Royal Mail to Scotland, to take it to Etape Lochness with me. When I called BikeShed to inform them of my hopeful plan, they also wondered if Royal Mail will get it to me in time, and then without telling me after our conversation Bikeshed UK went out of their way, and I was very pleasantly surprised to receive the item in time by courier delivery service, arriving a day before I will leave to get to Inverness! Amazing!

The Dynaplug is really very light and very small form factor and very easy to carry along. However I am grateful that my 700x28c Conti GP5000S performed wonderfully and did not suffer any punctures during the Etape to need Dynaplug. From now, I will be carrying the Dynaplug for every ride, and together with a small light TPU inner tube for the worst case scenario.
