Brilliant service
Brilliant service, bike was delivered down to London from Scotland today.
Kept me updated throughout the process of buying my first ever bike and and were happy to answer any questions I had over the phone or via Facebook.

Well my experience with biking direct…
Well my experience with biking direct so far has been very positive, and they have the patience of an angel with my constant messaging.
Im yet to receive my bike as i only ordered it 5 working days ago, but i trust the team as they have been great so far .

Helpful, Knowledgable & Great Service
I bought a Bullit Spirit 125 from Biking Direct. Jack was very helpful & informative throughout the buying process & gave me updates on the whereabouts of my bike as it was being delivered.
Jack also talked me through how to look after my new bike over the phone after it had arrived.
Wholly positive experience. I'd definitely recommend them.

I bought a new Isca off BikingDirect (Aug 20) and am very pleased with it. They were very professional when I spoke to them and left me with the impression that they really do care about their customers. I'd certainly recommend buying off them.
