Today I was served by Nicole at the Lincoln store. I was buying hiking boots for my son. Nicole was polite and informative. It was a pleasure to be served by Nicole and I'd certainly recommend the Lincoln store.

Outstanding customer service. The original item was still new but it was actually faulty. I was given a replacement without any fuss - I had a pic of the transaction but no receipt so I'm really pleased and very grateful that it was sorted so easily. Thank you!

Recently visited the Lincoln store to purchase walking boots for our children for DofE. Tom was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable. After spending almost an hour trying on various boots, we came away with suitably fitting boots for our boys.

I was introduced to Tom in the footwear department. I had an idea of what I wanted and he was very helpful. He guided me to the correct brand for a more suitable fit for my wider feet (Merrell Moab 3). I have been wearing them for a week now for a charity walk I am doing. Safe to say they are superb.
