Blacks - Lincoln Opiniões

This store has a great product range, the prices are always very competitive. Last of all the staff are very friendly and professional.

Great Store, always helpful and today was no exception.
We were served by William Knight, looking for some wide fitting walking shoes. William had a good knowledge and, a very likeable personality, displaying great listening, and understanding skills.
We came away with exactly what we needed and, part way through the transaction, spoke with the Store Manager(ess) (who's name we missed) who was very accommodating and it was clear that this working vibe ran throughout the store.
You will not go wrong with the knowledge, and service offered by Blacks of Lincoln, Thank You......

I wanted a pair of boots for weekend walking trips. Sam and Tom were very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the pros and cons of the different makes and styles. With their advice I bought a pair of Scarpa walking boots with a pair Sorbothane insoles.

Went into branch. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Tom gave good and cheerful service. Thank you.

Great service from Tom helping me to choose walking boots and walking stick.

Really helpful service from Tom when searching for lightweight, waterproof walking boots.

Tom was was very helpful, patient, polite and professional. Got 4 different boots out for me in two sizes and assisted me to choose right size, shape and material for my feet and my hiking needs. AI can never replace kindness of a human. Thank you. I'll be definitely coming back!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good product at competitive price.

Great personal expert service ensuring you purchase the right walking shoe to suit your needs. Tom took his time to explain all the pros & cons ensuring the best most comfortable fit for me. Nothing was too much trouble & his expert advice was very much appreciated. Excellent service Tom thank you .

Delightful staff, really helpful and engaging. The range and price of items is great.

Tom was really helpful and knowledgeable about the fit of the different shoes. He engaged us in appropriate conversation and was very pleasant.

Had to buy a pair of walking shoes due going away in a few days and premature failure of another pair which were v expensive.
Tom was a great help in sorting me out with new shoes and very professional. Would definitely recommend this branch.

Fantastic service from Michael who helped me to pick the perfect shoe for me and was patient, cheerful and professional throughout (despite me making him run to the back for new sizes 1000 times!)
Thoroughly recommend this store particularly if, like me, you're not 100% sure on everything outdoors.

I visited the Lincoln branch today. Michael was patient, knowledgeable and kind when he helped me to choose a new backpack. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt confident in my eventual choice.

Excellent service from Michael. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly yet professional. A refreshing change in a time when service appears to be a dirty word. Helped me refine my choice of footwear and I walked away a happy Hector. Recommend Blacks Lincoln for choice.

Michael was excellent at helping me to buy the correct footwear. I had almost given up on being able to purchase a pair of walking shoes after trying other outlets where the attitude was more or less take what we have, not what would be best for me. A refreshing change of attitude delivered with humour!

With a trip up ben Nevis planned for August, and knowing I'm not massively experienced at climbing I needed a lot of help getting the right gear for the trip, luckily one of your amazing workers Jess kindly took me through all the necessary things I would need for the journey and and detailed why each piece is good, which gave me a clear understanding of what to get!! Would absolutely recommend her assistance to anyone looking to go on a hike!
