Owen was very knowledgeable in helping me find a walking boot to fit my needs - shape of foot, waterproof and good for hiking.

Last minute purchase
My wife and I went into Blacks on the High Street in Lincoln late in the afternoon. Despite it being closing time Tom was very patient and helpful. He didn't rush us and got out a variety of sandals. My wife bought a pair of sandals and is pleased with them.
We feel Tom went way over what was expected of him and is a credit to the company.
