Blacks - Lincoln Opiniões

Thank you to the amazing staff as usual at Blacks Lincoln, extremely friendly and knowledgable. Especially Sam and Jenny for helping me pick out a tent and sleeping bag to fit my needs. Very good customer care, will definitely be a loyal customer.

William was very helpful and polite. Allowed time to choose product without pushing to make a quick sale. A good example of how shop sales staff ought to be.

Always great to deal with whenever I deliver to the Lincoln branch. The staff are always welcoming and happy to see people. They're a credit to the company.

I had recently purchased an inflatable camping mattress however it had a puncture and kept deflating. I called Blacks and spoke with Alex who was very helpful and guided me to come in to store and he will replace the item. When i got to store Alex remembered our phonemail and directed me to Sam who dealt with my problematic mattress! They both were friendly and sorted my issue with no resistance just helpfulness! Thank you!

Brilliant service from Chelsea

I had the pleasure of being helped by Natalia at Black, and she did an outstanding job. She was very patient with me and took the time to help me find the perfect outdoor clothing and equipment that I needed. Natalia was extremely friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Her knowledge and expertise were impressive, and she was able to answer all my questions with confidence. I would highly recommend Natalia to anyone looking for excellent customer service at Black. Thank you, Natalia, for your outstanding help and support!

I always have a pleasant shopping experience when I go to Blacks in Lincoln. From the smiling person who greets you at the door to the helpful assistant. I came in looking for new trainers similar to the ones I was wearing, which have been excellent. The assistant asked my size and remembered that there was a pair in the sale. So I came away very happy with some great shoes for less than half price. Thank you.

Purchased Meindl walking shoes from the Lincoln shop. Very good assistance from Natalia! Many thanks.

Today, my wife and I shopped in the Lincoln branch of Blacks. Natalie assisted us with our choices and she was excellent. We were delighted with our purchases (a pair of walking shoes for my wife and I bought a rucksack). Thank you Natalia and Blacks.

I came in with my husband looking for shoes last week and we had a very helpful young lady called Shannon looking after us. She was very knowledgeable and gave us good advice about what shoes would be suitable for us. 100% would recommend had a great experience here.

Alex was very efficient and helpful. Thanks for such a great service .

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Main help given by Stuart.

Visited the store on Saturday 11th March in search of a lightweight fleece, I was politely greeted by a member of staff when I entered the store and was further assisted by another member of staff named Charlotte when I required some advice on which fleece would be best suited for myself. Overall I am pleased with my experience.😀👍

My wife and I visited the Lincoln branch of Blacks where we received excellent service from Natalia. She assisted my wife in choosing replacement outdoor clothing and despite several changes of items she remained polite, enthusiastic and attentive throughout. From a personal point of view, I enjoyed her company immensely. This young lady was open to good natured ribbing and gave as good as she got. She is a credit to the company.

Alex at Lincoln branch was very helpful in fitting my husband and myself with snow trax for our boots on our impending holiday to Norway. Took time to fit and make sure we had the correct sizes.
A pleasure to deal with him.
Gold star and a tick !!!!

Visited Lincoln Branch in search of walking boots providing adequate width. It was good to be able to try on several pairs provided by the sales assistant - together with some honest advice.
A pleasant contrast to some other outdoor chains and on-line shopping.
