Thanks to the discount coupons, I was able to purchase the eSIM at a very affordable price. But even without the coupons, the original price is surprisingly low!

I had an issue where my eSIM did not connect, but it turned out that I had simply missed checking one thing on my side. When I contacted the support team through chat, they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. Thanks to their excellent support, the problem was solved and I can now travel abroad with peace of mind.

J'ai utilisé l'année dernière toutvsest bien passé. Je suis en Turquie depuis le 21/07 il y a un problème d'approvisionnement avec les opérateurs locaux. Je n'ai pas eu de connexion jusqu'à ce jours. Depuis samedi dernier le chabot de bnesim a transmis le dossier pour qu'un conseiller humain prenne le dossier 7 jours après jamais contacté pour résoudre le problème.

Je suis très très déçu. Lorsque ça marche du premier coup aucun problème.
S'il y a un problème à part leur chatbot pas de service client.
Après plusieurs demande de remboursement ce soir ils m'ont répondu pour ma demande de remboursement.

I scan the QR more than once, thus, the eSim got blocked. After contacting the support team, the replied politely within a short notice and high speed Internet was available faster than expected.

I have used BNE in different countries. When it works it's excellent. However I have had two major problems. One is that the esim has failed to workafter having worked perfectly. When this happens there doesn't see to be any solutions which can resolve the issue.

The other is their customer service. First you deal with a useless AI assistant who traps you in a loop. Second, it takes over 24 - 48 hours for a human to respond. I have been promised a refund for one esim but is still hasn't been processed after 4 days.

I will actively seek another esim company after this experience.

I purchased a BNESIM eSIM through the app while traveling in the United States. Unfortunately, the eSIM never worked. It could not be activated on my unlocked iPhone 17 Pro Max, and no ICCID was generated.

I provided the support team with everything they requested, including my EID, screenshots, and device information. However, after more than two days, I only received repeated responses saying that my case had been forwarded to the technical team, with no actual solution.

Being abroad without a working mobile connection caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I paid for a service that I was never able to use.

I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. I hope the company improves both its technical support and response times.

Update: After posting this review, BNESIM contacted me directly and provided a new 10 GB eSIM. The issue has now been resolved, and I appreciate their efforts to fix it. However, it took several days, multiple support requests, and this public review before my case received proper attention. I hope they improve their customer support response time in the future.

Dział techniczny przez SIEDEM dni nie był w stanie rozwiązać BANALNEGO problemu, skutkiem czego zostałem bez internetu na wczasach. ( Internet na ich esim w Polsce działał a w Grecji nie.) Pomoc z ich strony ogranicza się do użerania z botem który i tak ci nie pomoże, codziennie będzie cie informował że już w wkrótce problem zostanie rozwiązany. Nie polecam tej sieci, dno i półtora metra szlamu, tylko wyjazd ci zepsują.

Ich erhielt hielt die Auskunft, dass ich mir für Nordzypern eine türkische eSIM kaufen soll. Das hab ich dann gemacht oder über 30 €, die ließe sich allerdings nicht installieren, dann erhielt ich zehnmal nur den Bot, der mir eigentlich immer nur die selben Fragen gestellt hat, was sehr ermüden war, dann habe ich darauf bestanden, dass man mir einen Menschen gibt, der sagte dann ja die wäre ja auch nur für die Türkei, die eSIM die würde da nicht funktionieren. Dann habe ich gefragt wenn ob ich denn eine eSIM für Nordzypern kaufen könnte und er hielt die Antwort. Ja, dafür müsste ich mir die für die Türkei kaufen. Dann verschwand der Mensch. Ich erhielt wieder fünf Nachrichten vom Boot, von einer Rückerstattung will man nichts wissen, und ich versuche jetzt seit zehn Tagen erfolglos irgendwie Hilfe zu bekommen, da ist aber keiner zu in der Lage und selbst der Bot wird langsam unfreundlich. Was für eine unfassbare Firmen Politik.

I had earlier reported that I had issues with BNESIM regarding transfer of an eSIM for Europe when I changed my iPhone. The issue has meanwhile been settled satisfactorily and I am pleased with the efforts made recently.

Slow sometimes, but if you need data, it works.

Your post of July 18th requires a reply:

1. At no point did I ever get a chance to speak with a human from BNE.

2. I did stop responding to emails from BNE because the suggestions offered had already been tried and I had better things to do than respond to unhelpful suggestions.

3. You are not telling the truth about the refund. My credit card finally showed a "pending" refund from BNE yesterday ... after I posted my most recent review. Your statement about the refund already being issued is false.

4. Your response remains unhelpful and clearly avoids BNE taking any responsibility. You say that BNE accepts responsibility but the details of your rebuttals clearly suggest that somehow it was my fault that your e-sim failed to provide what it promised.
Hopefully readers can see this for what it is.

5. I also stated in my first review that I had used BNE in the past with few problems. Your service is possibly trouble-free most of the time, but when things go off the rails it should be possible to get a human support agent to do a better job than your AI assistant.

This is a followup review of my recent experience with BNESIM. I have used their e-sims on 3 prior occasions and had no major issues. During my recent trip to Germany and Spain I was never able to get the esim to work, despite following the instructions to the letter. I just received an email from BNE in which they blamed me for the problems I was having. Their "support" consists of an AI Bot that continued to tell me "the team" was reviewing my issue and would get back to me. The Bot gave me suggestions which I followed. Not of the suggestions worked. I eventually have up and went to another provider where I had no issues. BNE charged me for my 10GB esim ... I requested a refund but had no luck with that.
My advice is to avoid this company ... there is no customer service if something goes wrong. Blaming the customer for their problem isn't what I would call support. BEWARE!

Funcionó perfectamente en Turquia, Precio económico, la configuración sencilla si se siguen bien los pasos. Importante gestionarlo y activarlo antes de viajar.

Their marketing way is insisting, the customer service lack, cannot cancel from the mailing list.
there are better alternatives. no reason to keep going with them.

Review (Europe eSIM):
I needed an eSIM while traveling in Europe, but I had to replace my phone the day before leaving because my original iPhone was defective. My Europe eSIM had been installed on the defective phone.

At first, customer support from BNE responded quickly and asked for €1 per installed eSIM to reissue them. I agreed to pay €2 even though I only needed one eSIM replaced. After that, I heard nothing for a long time. I followed up around 20 times, but there was no resolution.

Since I was stuck when I arrived, I ended up purchasing a new eSIM (20GB, 30 days, non-expiring) and then requested a refund for the original issue. Even after requesting the refund multiple times, I still received no response.

I’ve been a local customer before, so this treatment was disappointing and unacceptable.

Very very good prices.
