BOC Gases are not what they used to…
BOC Gases are not what they used to be.. We have had an account for many years but the service has deteriorated. They once exchanged used or expired cylinders wherever our staff were working but we are advised that is no longer possible - despite other providers still offering that service. Also, as a small business, our town centre office is not always attended, so when a service engineer turns up, unannounced and without prior notice, it is not possible to exchange cylinders. This leaves cylinders either out of date or empty - leading us to use other providers who can service or exchange cylinders at the customer sites where we are working.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can see that your final invoice was charged in July when the cylinder was returned and that the final payment was taken by Direct Debit in August as all invoices are charged a month in arrears.

What can I say about this company driving through Newcastle into clough a driver which is obviously a foreigner was going around around about nobody knew which direction he was going full of gas almost cause a big accident this company is not a good company to work for to order stuff off it's a disgrace you ring one of their managers they don't care that they have very bad drivers in a very bad team working for them
