je recommande vivement Bon Clic Bon Genre, communication fluide avec eux et ils ont été très réactifs suite à un petit problème de transport, vite résolu pour une livraison avant Noël ,colis bien reçu !

Site de confiance. Produits de très belle qualité. Tres grande réactivité suite à un colis non arrivé en relais pick-up periode de fête. Réexpédition du produit suite à réclamation bien arrivé à domicile. Je recommande vraiment ce site pour la qualité des produits et le sérieux de ce site.

Après un problème d'expédition via mondial relay (période de fête) les délais se sont considérablement prolongé achat le 09/12 et livraison le 18/12...
J'ai contacté le service client entre temps ne voyant pas mon colis livré en 24h/48h comme stipulé sur le site et ce dernier a été très réactif et a solutionné le problème rapidement en envoyant par colissimo un 2ème colis que j'ai refusé ce matin du coup ayant réceptionné le 1er hier...

délai tenu commande facile à passer et produit de qualité

Ordered a custom My Heritage Fedora in Navy Blue with a yellow braid. This arrived from France in a week. I don’t know any UK supplier that will provide a hat with a contrasting braid of your choice.
The hat is reasonable quality but the felt is very light and not as thick as other rabbit fur hats I own. It does not have a lining which is OK for the price paid. The website shows the hat with a down curved brim but the brim is flat and although I have steamed and reshaped it with a down curve it is not possible to get as good a brim as a purpose made down brim. So the hat is not as shown on the website and for this reason is given 3 stars.

Béret dans la qualité que j'attendais la dessus rien à dire, je recommanderai un autre béret.

L'étiquette tiens sur 1 point aux 4 coins de l'étiquette, apparemment brodé via une machine.
Très GROS POINT négatif concernant l'ajout de l'étiquette. Aucune couture sur les deux longueurs.

Je déconseille l'ajout de l'étiquette.

I have since got into their website & had NO problems at all. I have asked about this & it seems the problem maybe from my side. I will change my review to reflect my previous experience dealing with this

Site très clair et beaucoup de choix. Le délai de livraison juste incroyable. Commandé lundi soir avec une étiquette brodée personnalisée, reçue le mercredi matin. Le chapeau était parfaitement emballé et protégé dans un sac élégant avec leur logo. Site à recommander sans hésitation 👍

Site attractif, mais je confirme, aucune communication téléphonique possible avec la clientèle pour obtenir dès renseignements en direct; très laborieux par mail…
Tarifs bien plus élevés, pour des modèles identiques proposés par un autre concurrent,seul le logo change …
Port gratuit qu’à partir de 90€.
En ce qui me concerne pas d’achats sur ce site dans ces conditions commerciales peu avenantes.

Bought three hats. Didn’t realise i would have to pay approx 25% on top in tax and import duty which delayed delivery but forgive them as when they finally arrived I have to say pretty good quality for the money and quite stylish. Very difficult to find similar choice here in the UK

I bought a 110 € hat. Came with a bent brim, straightened it with their advice but it won't stay straight, it always becomes wavy.

J'y ai commandé un chapeau il y plus d'une semaine.
Depuis plus aucune nouvelle, aucune notification concernant l'état de ma commande.
Impossible de les appeler,il n'y a pas de numéro téléphone.
Je ne suis ni frustrée ni en colère de cette situation, car le prix du chapeau ne va pas me ruiner.
Je souhaite juste avertir ceux qui comptent effectuer leur commande sur ce site!!!!!

A very fine hat, exactly what I wanted, chosen from their huge selection. I mistakenly ordered a size too large, and it was extremely easy and quick to rectify, return and be reimbursed and reorder. I strongly recommend this excellent company.
