Fantastic customer service, i ordered a boot liner and a tail gate which weren't compatible with each other, they called me to check my order then made a customisation for me so that tailgate and boot liner would fit.

This Boot Buddy was a perfect fit.
This Boot Buddy was the third I have purchased. This was for my new Ford Explorer. As usual, it’s great quality and made to measure was an excellent fit. Absolutely perfect to protect your boot from wet muddy dogs, and anything else you may want to transport that could spoil the interior of your car. Highly recommended.

The BEST boot liner
Honestly the BEST boot liner I’ve ever had! I’ve got a Dalmatian who absolutely loves running through mud, and before this I was forever paying for car washes and spending ages trying to keep the boot clean. With Boot Buddy it’s a total game-changer, it fits perfectly, protects everything, and is so easy to wipe down. No more stress, no more wasted money, just a clean boot every single time.
I can’t recommend this enough, if you’ve got a dog (especially a mud-loving one like mine!), you NEED this in your life. It’s one of those things that makes you wonder how you ever managed without it. Absolutely worth every penny!

This is my second boot buddy purchase…
This is my second boot buddy purchase after I changed cars. Great protection for the softer, dirt gathering material the car makers think is appropriate for a boot/hatch. Perfect fit and easy install. Maybe a little pricey up front but if you keep the car a while it's not much per annum. Ideal add on if you have fur shedding or mud loving dogs.

Really good product and a fair price
Really good product and a fair price. Wrong product supplied (i.e. for wrong model of car, even though order was correct) which was annoying but was swiftly corrected without hassle by the company. Would have been 5 starts if they had got things right first time.

The boot liner
The boot liner fits almost perfectly, the only thing I had to do was cut the corners of to allow the 2 boot lights to be on show. Also it would be a good idea to have pre-drilled holes in the bottom to allow for the anchor loops to be used when required.

Great piece of kit
The Boot Buddy is a great little piece of kit. I've recently got a new car and wanted to make sure our dog didn't scratch the bumper to pieces when he jumps in and out of the boot. The Boot Buddy fits my car perfectly, it's made of really tough material so it'll last ages, and it folds up easily out of the way when not in use.

Liner does not fit correctly
When the liner arrived I tried to fit it into the boot and found that it did not fit. It overlapped the sill and was too tall. I emailed the company who responded relatively quickly. They said that I needed to adjust the back seat so that the angle became more upright. To be honest, I didn't know the back seat on a Hyundai Kona adjusted - but it does. I said that really, I wanted the liner to fit when the seat was at the default position. They said it wouldn't but I could send it back provided the polythene cover sheet was undamaged. By this time, after trying to make it fit the polythene was damaged so I couldn't return it for a full refund. I then put the parcel shelf back on and found that it would not lift up when attached to the boot because it hit the liner. So I now have a liner, which is good and robust, but does not fit when the rear seat is in the default position and will not allow the parcel shelf to fit correctly. Disappointing for such an outlay.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that our products did not work out for you on this occasion. As mentioned, for models with adjustable rear seats, they may need to be adjusted to match the angle of the VersaLiner for the best fit. If customers do not wish to do so, the vehicle would need to be brought here for our custom fit service so that we can make something more bespoke. Alternatively, the order would need to be returned. With all returns, items must be in original condition as per our t&cs. All items can be tested in original condition so that they can be returned for any reason. We advise customers to contact us if there are any concerns over fitting as this film should not get damaged during the fitting process.
We appreciate your feedback and we apologise again that our products did not work out for you on this occasion.
