I had to chase for the product and I had paid extra for special delivery in a certain amount of time. Customer services was good and refunded the extra price paid for the delivery. It arrived the next day.
The product isn't what I thought it would be as a friend has one and it seems to be a better material and quality. Also I had been in contact with someone via their message service on the website as I didn't know what size etc. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to fit snuggley in my boot. The welcome strips aren't heavy duty or strong enough. I have gone out and purchased more but they are similar to ones I received. I do believe it is not the correct size.
Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend thus product to anyone

This is a great product. Don’t know why I haven’t seen this before. It’s just what I needed. All the other soft fabric protectors fall off, do not stay in place and many other issues especially as I have two dogs. There are so many plus points to Boot Buddy I cannot put them all down here. Perfect.

Took ages to arrive, but they set this expectation on the website, so I guess that's fine. For something inherently so simple it is surprising what a massive pain it is to put together. I'd almost recommend it's a two man job, considering you have to work this highly inflexible massive piece of plastic and try to get perfect alignment on bits of velcro that hold the two pieces together. When you finally succeed and get it into the boot, imagine the disappointment when at the end of all of you have a £130 boot liner that doesn’t fit as it's about 2cm too deep. Took out the liner and stuck in the vetbed that I purchased with it. EVEN THAT ONE is about 2cm too big, meaning it ends up sticking out over the closing mechanism of the boot. As it cleverly says on the packaging that if you fully unwrap the product it will affect the returnability of the product, I'm gonna go ahead and assume I've just torched £150. What a massive let down.
