Boots Hearingcare - Birmingham, High Street Opiniões

She was very efficient and personable; managed to give me an appointment and obtain the new hearing aids very quickly after my old ones broke (having lasted 11 years).

I had 3 visits with Elin at Boots, Birmingham. She is a very personable and knowledgeable and above all patient. I would highly recommend her.

Saw Elin today who made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything and all my options. She never rushed me and I would recommend her

Elin has a lovely approachable manner. Explains everything in detail.

I felt supported and given the information I needed for many years. Elin.

Elin worked with me and she was super duper, clear in her explanations, encouraging and person-cantered .

I've been a customer for four years since I got my first hearing aid and Elin has been the audiologist for the last couple. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable and has helped with a couple of repairs and trying out different types of hearing aid. The four year guarantee that comes as standard is great and there are no pushy sales techniques. Highly recommended.

Elin is very accommodating she take time to explain what she is doing. she gives excellent customer satisfaction.

Good explanations and my experience was good
Patience enough to understand me,

Nothing too much trouble. Did many tests to make sure everything was understood. Suggested we return if there are any problems.

Elin was very helpful and showed us how to connect my phone to the hearing aids

It was fantastic service. Elin was so methodical and precise and made sure I understood everything. She wouldn't let me go until she was satisfied until I knew what I had to do.

Excellent service, very friendly knowledgeable staff

All information and advice given in a very friendly and knowledgeable way.
All questions answered expertly.
Very friendly atmosphere crested immediately.
Thank you Elin.

Although I have reservations about how effective hearing aids are and how expensive, I have found the personal service given by the clinician to be professional and efficient but also sensitive, understanding and responsive to patient concerns. I could not have asked for more.

Most impressed as was expecting to have to leave charger. Elin. as ever affable and pleasant. Efficient and Effective.

Very positive experience Elin was very knowledgeable friendly and reassuring and made me feel at ease

Elin was very helpful with my hearing test & subsequently with the advice she gave afterwards. I would certainly recommend her to anyone seeking guidance on their current hearing or tinnitus.
