Sarah has been so understanding, friendly and professional. The range of aids is great, which is good thing, as my first pair really didn't suit me, but an alternative pair was given to me immediately, without any fuss. I won't be going elsewhere for my hearing needs. Highly recommrnded.

Not impressed
Audiologist was quite a pushy salesperson. It's a bit much to ask for the whole payment up front and only mention a payment plan when questioned. Seems coincidental that the only hearing aids available to try out were the top of the range.

I knew my hearing was quite bad but…
I knew my hearing was quite bad but didn’t realize how bad , the tests I recieved were far more in depth than any other previous tests I had . Sarah Macey taking charge of my appointments was very thorough and gave me great advice on what hearing aids would suit me most . I would definitely recommend this company especially with the wonderful Sarah .
